★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the best airlines worldwide for the price to service ratio, with an unbeatable variation of destinations. The online service, upto purchasing ticket works excellent, the only thing need to be adressed would be the delivery of the receipt of purchase with the email. It is quite problematic to get your receipt afterwards. I would love Turkish airline addressing this issue, and get the five stars, as it truely earns it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management inflicted by huge nepotism is I believe ruining the best company of Turkish Republic. Unqualified people with mediocre education are hired and promoted rapidly due to their connections to politicians or other high-ranking employees. It is highly overpriced too. I will never use Turkish Airlines unless this mentality changes.

The communication is NOT clear neither on their helpline or website (feedback & complaint), when I visited the office in Operngasse the lady at the counter is very rude and doesn't know how to treat the customers, but they definitely know how to treat you like a begger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, we were really hoping that Turkish Airlines would be an alternative with a perspective for the future for our families many private and business travels to and from West Africa. It seems that we will suffer another disappointment. After having booked a Euro 1300+ connection Bamako - Istanbul - Vienna, departure tomorrow early morning and arrival Vienna scheduled for tomorrow early afternoon, we received an email several hours ago saying there is a delay. Called the number indicated and learned that connection Istanbul - Vienna has been cancelled. In addition to all the problems this causes, English language skills of customer service agent really bad. When saying "I am sorry but it is really hard to communicate" got the reply "You can hang up then". That's what I did. Husband now on way to airport in Mali, does not know what will happen to him when he arrives in Istanbul. It is such a disappointment, we had such high hope in Turkish Airlines.
