Adler Resort

We had a family holiday this summer at Adler Resort. It is very family friendly, which should also be read as perhaps not ideal for couples during school holiday time as there are kids everywhere!. We had a huge two bedroom suite which was excellent with spectacular views, comfortable beds, very pleasant bathrooms (3 of them!), and it was cleaned perfectly every day. We chose to have the All-Inclusive package which meant a full buffet breakfast, light lunch (we didn't use this), afternoon tea+cake and full buffet dinner - you don't go hungry at Adler Resort. The dinner theme changes every day and whilst not 'fine dining' it is still very good and all the family found something they enjoyed. We had a couple of problems with the room both of which were responded to very quickly and this reflects on the excellent service from all the staff - they were all amazingly helpful and polite. The one area that lets the place down is the bar. The bar itself is too small for the population, and the bar to seating area has been poorly designed by the architect leaving the bar cramped and the seating area almost too spread out. The furniture and furnishings in the seating area are more like an airport than a friendly Alpine bar - they could do much to improve it with better furniture and furnishings. There are two pools, one inside, one outside. Both are fine for a kids splash-around but not big enough for someone keen on decent lane-swimming. The seating area near the outdoor pool unfortunately also reflects on an area of poor architecture, it isn't really outside and you miss out on a chance of a great view of the mountains. The location of Adler Resort is excellent, a short but steep walk up from the Hinterglemm village centre. There is copious free parking.

Had a great stay here with some friends. Extremely convenient for the lift and the goat stall bar. Apartment is a little cosy for 3 couples and would struggle for any more people. There was also meant to be two showers, there was but in the same room! Staff were excellent and faculties great. Boot locker well located and easy to access.

The Adler Resort is a great hotel, our family of 5 all loved it. We visited in July and there is so much to do and see and all on your doorstep. Fantastic rooms and bathrooms, breakfast was excellent and the service was very friendly and professional.

Modern kid's and dog friendly hotel which offers many extras that you can choose from. We stayed in room 1306, which is just above the outdoor pool and offers sun all day on a huge terrace. The views from the terrace are magnificent and because we traveled with a dog and baby, we spend a lot of time there. We chose an all inclusive and I think it was worth it, breakfasts and dinners were great, lunch snack was just ok, but the afternoon cake was pleasure. Also you get a high range of free drinks, which you can take to the room. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience !!! 5*

I had been there on 2018, it was new. I consider it one of my best stays at all. The staff were so kind, initiative. Swimming pool 24 privileges parking and bicycle available for free. It's my best choice in the ??

BUCKET LIST MUST! I’M BACK and IT’S STILL AMAZING! It’s official. I’m a repeat customer! Adler just keeps getting better and better! And nothings speaks volumes like retuning clientele who start planning their return trip the moment the current trip ends! Stunning hotel and location Adler captures the essence of a stylish and extraordinary culinary European ski vacation. Having visited the other hotels/resorts at Saalbach, Adler takes gold for these top three reasons: 1. White glove service by impeccable staff The staff provide impeccable service and are warm and gracious. They are well trained and take pride in service. 2. Exceptional Culinary culture The cuisine is exceptional for many reasons. The quality of the food and daily variety is stunning and breakfast and dinner services were a highlight of the entire trip. 3. Zen-fullness, modern and well maintained accommodations and facilities. Care for cozy warm ski boots every morning or exceptionally designed rooms for zen aesthetics or so many different spa rooms it’s like a wonderland! And of course the skiing, if heaven on earth exists it’s here - stunning panoramic views of the snow capped Alps as far as you can see.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. We went all inclusive which was also excellent (unfortunately this doesn't included the grill, which is amazing). Breakfast also great, plenty of choice, and the same with the evening meal. The only down point is the pools are small, and the indoor pool area is big enough for maybe 4 families. Great location, my first time in Saalbach, and I would return to this hotel. Not much going on in the town, perhaps down to the current restrictions.

I wish I could give this place more stars! The food is incredible, fine dining in buffet form. The accommodation is lovely, the facilities incredible! Location wise it’s perfect the ski lockers are 10-20m from the slopes and one of the main gondolas. But what really pushes this place above and beyond are the staff! The receptionists are welcoming, warm and accommodating. They add small touches to your stay that make it perfect. You can pick up your ski pass at reception and rentals from next door. Efficiency at its best. The waiting staff are professionals. We had an incredible Greek waiter Petros who looked after us every night and was a genuine joy to speak to. Our Slovenian masseuse was a miracle worker and a true expert in her craft, would highly recommend. We cannot thank everyone enough for our brilliant week, we will definitely be back.
