1. Gebucht für 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind - Verfügbare Betten 6 —> kein Beistellbett für das Kind 2. Der beschriebene Fahrrad-/Skikeller und Aufenthaltsraum ist nur für die obere Wohnung begehbar 3. Beschreibung der Unterkunft war so schlecht, dass wir eigentlich davon ausgegangen sind, dass wir das Haus für uns haben. Leider bekamen wir nur die kleine Wohnung im EG und uns wurde eine Partygruppe dazugebucht, die trotz mehrmaligen Hinweisen auf unser Kind bis in die Frühen Morgenstunden vollgas gegeben haben! 4. in der Unterkunft selber waren dann keine Kontaktdaten, um uns bei unseren Anliegen zu unterstützen. Die Hotline ist am Wochenende nicht besetzt und uns wurde erst im Nachgang mitgeteilt, dass wir eine E-Mail hätten schreiben müssen. 5. die Saalbach Joker-Card wurde auch noch falsch ausgestellt, sodass wir am Abreisetag die Seilbahnen nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Die Krönung bildete das Unverständnis des Eigentümers, den alle unsere Punkte von oben komplett egal waren und uns kein bisschen entgegengekommen ist. Wir hoffen, dass wir durch die Bewertung anderen Familien einen deratigen Aufenthalt ersparen können und ihr nicht diese Unterkunft bucht! DANKE FÜR NICHTS!

1. Booked for 6 adults and 1 toddler - available beds 6 -> no extra bed for the child 2. The described bicycle / ski cellar and lounge is only accessible for the upper apartment 3. Description of the accommodation was so bad that we assumed we had the house to ourselves. Unfortunately we only got the small apartment on the ground floor and we were booked a party group, which despite repeated references to our child, gave full throttle until the early hours of the morning! 4. In the accommodation itself there were no contact details to support us with our concerns. The hotline is not manned at the weekend and we were only informed afterwards that we should have written an email. 5. The Saalbach Joker Card was also issued incorrectly, so that we could no longer use the cable cars on the day of departure. The icing on the cake was the incomprehension of the owner, who didn't care about any of our points from above and did not meet us a bit. We hope that by evaluating this, we can save other families from such a stay and that you do not book this accommodation! THANKS FOR NOTHING!
