★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Bezahlvorgang wurden die Gutscheine nicht angenommen da diese vor dem Einscannen der wahren hergezeigt werden müssen?!?! Wo gibt es denn sowas?? Ist ein Gutschein nicht ein Zahlungsmittel?? Beim Kundenservice wurde mir gesagt wir können ja zurück zur Kasse gehen das unser Einkauf storniert werden könnte, aber da so viel los war musste man sehr lange anstehen! Was soll das denn sein??? Es gibt keinen Hinweis dass Gutscheine erst angemeldet werden, bevor man die Wahren auf das Kassenband legen müssen!
 During the payment process, the vouchers were not accepted because they had to be shown before the real ones were scanned?!?! Where do you get that? Isn't a voucher a means of payment? At the customer service I was told we can go back to the checkout so that our purchase could be canceled, but since there was so much going on, you had to queue for a long time! What should it be??? There is no indication that vouchers have to be registered before the goods have to be placed on the cash register!

Not exactly cheap; but the quality is unbeatable. Many well-known manufacturers are represented, especially for non-food items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #Gutes Unternehmen super Warenqualität immer ein Genussmoment zum Besuchen! Unten bei der Halle alle sehr kompetent und freundlich! Nur im Restaurant war eine gnädige Dame war ziemlich unfreundlich und unsympathisch! Wir waren zudritt aber nicht so grosse Apetitt hätten wir in dieser Moment und haben dass Geniesserfrühstück bestellt für 2 und es war Reichlich alles da ausser die Wurst als Käse war ziemlich viel für ein Person, und 2 Personen bekamen zu wenig Käse!!!! Sonst alles top die Vielfälltigkeit, Sauberkeit, alles rundum perfect grosses Lob an die Küche :)
#Good company super quality of goods always a moment of pleasure to visit! Down in the hall everyone is very competent and friendly! Only in the restaurant was a lady who was quite rude and unsympathetic! There were three of us but we didn't have that much appetite at the moment and ordered the gourmet breakfast for two and there was plenty of everything except the sausage as cheese was quite a lot for one person, and two people didn't get enough cheese!!!! Otherwise everything is great, the variety, cleanliness, everything is perfect all around, big compliments to the kitchen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe gestern einen Staubsauger gekauft , hab mich dann in der Rechnung verlesen und dachte, sie haben einen zu hohen Preis verrechnet. Ich hab mich dann beschwert, Sie haben mich auf meinen Fehler aufmerksam gemacht, das tut mit wirklich Leid.
Ich war immer unglaublich zufrieden mit dem Angebot und Service, gott sei Dank wurde der Irrtum aufgeklärt, danke dem Freundlichen Kundenservice, ich werde weiter gerne bei Ihnen Einkaufen und auch den weiten Weg auf mich nehmen, es ist die Mühe wert.
Bought a vacuum cleaner yesterday, then read my bill and thought they charged too high a price. Then I complained, you pointed out my mistake, I'm really sorry.
I was always incredibly satisfied with the range and service, thank god the mistake was cleared up, thanks to the friendly customer service, I will be happy to continue shopping with you and also take the long journey, it is worth the effort.
