Auch wenn sie den Kunden oft irrsinnige Verträge oder Zusatzoptionen anbieten wollen, aber von dem überleben sie. Apart from the fact that A1 basically has poor service, the employees in this A1 shop try hard for their customers. Even if they often want to offer customers crazy contracts or additional options, they survive.

Es ist nur schade, dass A1 mit seinen Angeboten mit Yes und ähnlichen Mitanbietern überhaupt nicht mithalten kann. Dafür können aber die freundlichen, kompetenten Mitarbeiter nichts! First-class, competent, friendly service from the employees! It's just a shame that A1 cannot keep up with its offerings at all with Yes and similar providers. But the friendly, competent staff can't help!

P	Peter Falkner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bin vor kurzem im A1 Shop gewesen; da ich selbst noch nicht geimpft bin natürlich mit FFP2 Maske. Bin dann von einer dunkelhaarigen jungen Frau (Name irgendwas mit C.....) bedient worden, die mich - scheinbar auf Grund meiner Maske? - wie einen Aussätzigen behandelte. Selbst trug Sie keine Maske, was mir eigentlich egal war, doch wurde ich von Ihr augenscheinlich mit Unbehagen und äußerst unprofessionell bedient. Ein absolutes No Go! I recently went to the A1 shop; since I have not yet been vaccinated myself, of course with an FFP2 mask. Then I was served by a dark-haired young woman (name something with C .....) who - apparently because of my mask? - treated like a leper. She wasn't wearing a mask herself, which I didn't really care about, but I was obviously treated with discomfort and extremely unprofessionally by her. An absolute no go!
