S	Stefan G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verträge und Aktionen wurden falsch eingebucht worauf zusätzliche Herstellungskosten und erhöhte monatliche Grundentgelte berechnet wurden. Hatten nun monatelang mit der Service- und Beschwerdeabteilung von A1 zu tun um alles wieder zu bereinigen. Mitarbeiter im Shop leider nicht kooperativ. Finger weg kostet nur Zeit und viele Nerven! Contracts and promotions were booked incorrectly, after which additional manufacturing costs and increased monthly basic fees were calculated. Had to deal with A1's service and complaints department for months to clean everything up. Employees in the shop unfortunately not cooperative. Stay away only time and nerves!

Ist zwar nicht die feine Art aber ist wohl die Philosophie dieses Shops. Aber das ist ja nicht alles: wer kompetenz-freie Beratung sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Bei Vertragsänderungen / Verlängerung werden einem zusätzlich anfallende Kosten nicht erklärt, wo man seine nächste Überraschung auf der kommenden Rechnung geschenkt bekommt. Aber zumindest ist der Online A1 Support professionell - jedoch können die nicht immer alle Fehler der 'Berater' im Shop ausbaden. Also wenn ich für den Shop 0 Sterne vergeben könnte -> ich würd es tun! Sometimes you are not greeted when entering the shop & then even ignored in the shop. It's not the best, but that's probably the philosophy of this shop. But that's not all: if you're looking for expert advice, you've come to the right place. In the case of contract changes / extensions, additional costs are not explained to you where you will get your next surprise on the next invoice. But at least the online A1 support is professional - but they cannot always compensate for all the mistakes made by the 'consultants' in the shop. So if I could give the shop 0 stars -> I would!
M	Mirjam Kantner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das nenn´ich mal Service! Als ich 2 Minuten nach Shopöffnung angerufen habe und niemanden erreichen konnte, wurde ich 6 Minuten später zurückgerufen! Das muss man sich einmal auf der Zunge zergehen lassen: Ein echter Mitarbeiter, der sich die Mühe macht und zurück ruft, dazu noch kompetent ist und dir tatsächlich weiter helfen will und es auch kann:) Dafür mache ich mir die Mühe eine Bewertung zu schreiben;) Klasse Service! THX That's what I call service! When I called 2 minutes after the shop opened and couldn't reach anyone, I was called back 6 minutes later! You have to let that melt on your tongue: A real employee who makes the effort and calls back, is also competent and actually wants to help you and can do it :) For that I make the effort to write a review ;) Great service! Der junge Mitarbeiter konnte mir nicht Einsicht geben auf meine Rechnungen, die ich nie bekam, da ich die Mail-Adresse eines zehn Jahre alten Vetrages überhaupt nicht kenne. Daraufhin kündigten wir den Vertrag mit SOFORTIGER WIRKUNG. Durch Kontakt mit der A1 Hotline wegen des komplexeren Problems mit dem Vertrag erfuhr ich, dass dieser "Service" Mitarbeiter, mir eine Kündigung ab Juni unterschlug für einen Vertrag, den ich sowieso seit zehn Jahren nicht nutze. Desweiteren konnte mir die Hotline exakt sagen in welchem Zeitraum ich was bezahlt habe und mir meine Rechnung vorlesen, während die Kompetenzen des A1 Shops einem erzählen wollen, dass sie keine Einsicht auf das haben. Zitat: Ich müsste mir eine neue Sim-Karte machen lassen, damit ich Rechnungen einsehen könnte von einer Nummer, die seit neun Jahren nicht genutzt wird. Eine bodenlose Frechheit und ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diesen Shop überhaupt nicht zu besuchen, da die Mitarbeiter, zumindest der jüngste, null an Mehrwert haben und sie im Endeffekt auch noch verarscht werden. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon hatte mir dann schließlich auch gesagt, dass ich mich per Post melden soll an A1 für dieses Vetragsproblem und um Kulanz bitten soll. Nicht einmal diesen Tipp können sie einem geben. Inkompetent durch und durch.... This shop shines with incompetence. The young employee was unable to give me access to my bills, which I never received because I don't even know the email address of a ten-year-old contract. We then terminated the contract with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. By contacting the A1 hotline because of the more complex problem with the contract, I learned that this "service" employee refused to give me notice from June onwards for a contract that I have not been using for ten years anyway. Furthermore, the hotline could tell me exactly in which period I paid something and read my bill to me, while the competencies of the A1 shop want to tell you that they have no insight into that. Quote: I would have to get a new SIM card so I could see bills from a number that has not been used for nine years. A bottomless cheek and I can only warmly recommend everyone not to visit this shop at all, because the employees, at least the youngest, have zero added value and in the end they are being ripped off. The employee on the phone finally told me that I should write to A1 about this contract problem and ask for goodwill. They can't even give you this tip. Incompetent through and through ...

Welcher mit einer Engelsgeduld nicht nur mir, sondern gleichzeitig mehreren Kunden freundlich Antwort und Rede steht! Die Beratung und das Service ist extrem gut! Das Unternehmen A1-SHOP Fohnsdorf lebt von solch tollen Mitarbeitern!! Ich empfehle jeden diesen A1-SHOP Fohnsdorf aus persönlicher Erfahrung!! Very ..., I say very, very good advice is given here, especially from a young man (football is his sport). Who, with an angelic patience, answers and speaks in a friendly manner not only to me but to several customers at the same time! The advice and service is extremely good! The A1-SHOP Fohnsdorf company lives from such great employees !! I recommend this A1-SHOP Fohnsdorf to everyone from personal experience !!

Dann muss ich jetzt eine sehr sehr gute schreiben,nachdem mein Samsung S21 zum 4 mal eingeschickt wurde,wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt von(Simone u dem Leiter) das ich ein neues Handy bekommen habe!!Mfg so stell ich mir Kundenbetreuung vor!!???? If you have written a bad recession, rightly so!! Then I have to write a very, very good one now, after my Samsung S21 was sent in for the 4th time, all levers were set in motion by (Simone and the manager) that I got a new mobile phone!! Cheers, that's how I imagine customer service! !????
