★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Personal. Jedoch wird, ohne Vorwarnung und für den selben Preis, ab einer Stunde vor Schluss Kapsel-Kaffee statt statt echtem Espresso verkauft. Für 2,40 pro Tasse habe ich besseres von einer Kaffee-Kette erwartet...
Nice personel. However, without warning and for the same price, capsule coffee is sold instead of real espresso from one hour before the end. For 2.40 a cup I expected better from a coffee chain ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schrecklich unhöflich bei jedem Besuch dort. Einmal wird man behandelt als würde man etwas klauen, das andere Mal muss man etwas reklamieren und die fahren einen an, als hätte man gerade randaliert. Werde in diesem Geschäft sicher nie wieder etwas kaufen.
Terribly rude on every visit there. Once you are treated as if you were stealing something, the other time you have to complain and they hit you as if you had just rioted. Will certainly never buy anything in this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um 17:09 werde ich mit den unfreundlichen Worten „Hinsetzen gibts hier nur mit Nachweis“ begrüßt (obwohl der grüne Pass noch nicht kontrolliert wurde). Milchkaffee gibt es offenbar 51 Minuten vorm Schließen auf nicht mehr. Personal sehr unfreundlich!
At 5:09 p.m. I am greeted with the unfriendly words "You can only sit down here with proof" (although the green passport has not yet been checked). Milk coffee is apparently no longer available 51 minutes before closing. Staff very rude!
