★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Anliegen war ein Anbieterwechsel. Das A1-Team war unfreundlich, inkooperativ, ein wenig kompetenter Mitarbeiter fragte einen unwilligen Chef - geholfen wurde mir nicht. Ich musste das Problem apäter via Internet lösen, obwohl das auch die Herren im A1-Shop hätten erledigen können. Nur braucht man dazu auch zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Willen und Bemühungen
 My concern was a change of provider. The A1 team was unfriendly, incooperative, a little competent employee asked an unwilling boss - I was not helped.
