Schade, Service Stelle ich mir anders vor. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Unfortunately I cannot give any positive feedback here. The employee was rude and absolutely incompetent. He was far from helpful and extremely ignorant. What a shame, service I imagine differently. Absolutely not to be recommended!

Hatte so den Anschein also wollten sie nichts verkaufen... Machen auch noch dazu andere Netzanbieter schlecht die uns zu Magenta geschickt haben ... Muss ehrlich sagen sehr enttäuschend ist jetzt zum zweiten Mal passiert in diesem Geschäft ... I have to say if it was possible I would give minus stars ... Staff unfriendly ... They are not familiar with their own product ... It seemed like they didn't want to sell anything ... Other network providers also make them bad sent us to Magenta ... have to honestly say very disappointing has now happened for the second time in this business ...

Magenta Serviceline meinte ich sollte das nächste Mal Online bestellen. Wenn ich Online bestelle, dann beim Bestbieter. Und das seid nicht ihr. The shop cannot be reached by telephone or in any other way. I wanted to ask something about the product I ordered. Magenta Serviceline said I should order online next time. If I order online, then with the best bidder. And that's not you.
S	Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wartezeit ist einfach eine Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiter sind sowieso schon abgekapselt zur Zentrale, haben kaum möglichkeiten und verweisen nur auf die Hotline. Somit ich den Ihr Aufgabenbereich sowieso schon eingegrenzt und dennoch steht man sich die Beine in den Bauch. Mehr Mitarbeiter zu Stoßzeiten anstellen? Nein.. Das würde ja nur Geld kosten, wo man eh schon genug für die Tarife raushaut. The waiting time is just a disaster. The employees are already isolated from the headquarters anyway, have hardly any options and only refer to the hotline. So I've already limited your area of responsibility anyway, and yet you stand your ground. Employ more employees at peak times? No.. That would only cost money, where you already get enough for the tariffs.
