Leider dürften die Mitarbeiter dieses Shops bei der Einschulung mehrere Tage gefehlt haben, da sie mir nicht nur etliche falsche Informationen weitergegeben haben, sondern auch meinen "Produktwechsel"-Wunsch nicht verstanden, oder möglicherweise einfach vergessen haben das nötige Formular zu übermitteln. (Durch meinen Umzug hatte sich meine Adresse geändert, was die Mitarbeiterin leider überforderte). Verzögerte Lieferung (an die falsche Adresse), ein ungewollter doppelter Internet-Vertrag und erhöhte Kosten waren die Folge. Auch beim 2. Besuch wurden mir wieder falsche Infos gegeben, und meine Fragen wurden zudem noch äußerst gelangweilt, desinteressiert und einfach falsch beantwortet. Man hatte das Gefühl, sie würden mich gerne so schnell wie möglich loswerden und mit einfachen Antworten abspeisen. Erst durch Kontakt mit der Hotline konnte mir weitergeholfen werden und das Problem kompetent gelöst werden. Also meine Bitte: An den starken Einkauf-Samstagen kompetentes Personal in die Shops stellen, die einem auch wirklich weiterhelfen können. PS: Bitte richten Sie dem Herrn in diesem Shop aus, dass man im Jahr 2020 nicht mehr Zuhause sein und auf sein Paket warten muss, so wie er es mir mit Bestimmtheit versicherte. (As a result of my move, my address had changed, which unfortunately overwhelmed the employee). The results were delayed delivery (to the wrong address), an unwanted double Internet contract and increased costs. On the second visit, too, I was given incorrect information, and my questions were also extremely bored, uninterested and simply answered incorrectly. You had the feeling that they would like to get rid of me as soon as possible and feed off with simple answers. Only by contacting the hotline could I be helped and the problem solved competently. So my request: On the strong Saturday shopping, put competent staff in the shops who can really help you. PS: Please tell the gentleman in this shop that in 2020 you will no longer have to be at home and wait for your package, as he definitely assured me.
