 Internet doesn't work at all. Recently I was not able to take part in online lessons because the internet was down. It doesn't work at all, but luckily I have mobile data. Is already the 2nd time that we change wlan box

Their mobile internet simply doesn't work most of the time, regardless of the tariff.
Any local provider is better than A1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst home internet service I have had in my life. My contract was until February, and internet suddenly stopped working on the 31st of December, because of mistake of their employee. I called their hotline but the lady said she couldn't do anything and that I have to wait until January 2nd. But I needed internet both on the New year eve, and on 1st January for work, so I had to spend 15 euro to buy gigabytes of internet on the phone. And nobody from the company even apologized for their mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobile points are useless.. they make 'mistakes' sometimes to their regular customers just to overcharge. Reason might be a Mexican billionaire controlling this company since a century (Mr. Slim) local staff is very friendly!
Avoid at all costs, there are better choices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just lost my money in this store. I went there looking for a SIM card to use it one weekend in Austria and the rest of the time in Germany, as I am living in Munich. The staff offered me a SIM card with this conditions and told me that after four days I was going to be able to use it in Germany (they lied). Now I am not able to use internet, to call or to send sms. I contacted the customer support by chat and the only solution for them is to go personally from Germany to Innsbruck to complain in the store. I just expect you don’t waste your money in a company that doesn’t worry for its customers.
