S	Sirona “Waterlily” Vibes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren gestern dort, 1 doppelter Espresso und 1 Cappuccino für mehr als 8 Euro. Leider war der doppelte Espresso gar nicht das was man sich unter einem gutem Café vorstellt, auch der Cappuccino war nur unterer Durchschnitt. Es bestätigt sich leider immer wieder, dass die überzogenen Preise in der Gastronomie nichts über die Qualität aussagen. Das Service Personal war aber sehr freundlich. Were there yesterday, 1 double espresso and 1 cappuccino for more than 8 euros. Unfortunately, the double espresso was not what you would expect from a good café, and the cappuccino was only below average. Unfortunately, it is confirmed again and again that the exorbitant prices in gastronomy say nothing about the quality. The service staff was very friendly.

Meine schwangere Frau wollte sich anschließend dort hinsetzten, sie wurde allerdings mit dem Hinweis, man müsse sich ein Getränk kaufen um sitzen zu dürfen, des Platzes verwiesen. Und das obwohl das Cafe nicht mal zur Hälfte gefüllt war. So gewinnt man keine Stammkunden. Very unfriendly staff (lady on the photo). We bought an ice cream there. My pregnant wife then wanted to sit down there, but she was directed to the place with the remark, one must buy a drink to be allowed to sit. And although the cafe was not half filled. Ich hatte einen total überteuerten Eiskaffee, welcher aus dem Tetrapack kam, meine Frau einen Smoothie vom Nachbarstand. Prompt wurden wir angemault, dass wir hier nicht sitzen dürfen. Vielen Dank. The older blond woman insists on her "household rights". I had a totally overpriced iced coffee, which came from a tetra pack, my wife had a smoothie from the neighboring stand. We were promptly told that we weren't allowed to sit here. Thanks very much.

Meine Freundin hat sich beim Warten auf den Cafe an einer hohen Sitzbank angelehnt (mit der Hüfte) da kam eine ältere blonde Frau von diesem Bubble-Stand (gehört wohl zum Cafe?) angeschossen und herrschte sie an, dass sie das Möbel nicht nutzen dürfe. Ihr Hinweis, sie warte auf den Cafe und würde ja nicht mal sitzen, wurde ignoriert. Sie müsse sich gerade hinstellen oder registrieren. Die Art und der Tonfall der älteren Frau waren extrem unhöflich und standen nicht in Relation zur Situation. Man bedenke auch, dass wir zahlende Kunden waren die auf Getränke warteten. Während des Wartens sah ich, dass eine Getränkekarte mit diesen "Bubbles" auf einem Stehtisch lag. Da wir so harsch zurechtgewiesen wurden, las ich die Karte ca 50 cm vor dem Cafe, in dem gerade mein Getränk gemischt wurde. Da stand die blonde ältere Frau schon wieder vor mir u herrschte mich an, dass ich gefälligst die Karte am Tisch liegen lassen solle. Schließlich stünde ja auf der Wand, bei dieser Getränketheke hinter der die unhöfliche Frau die Bubble-Säfte mischte, genau angeschrieben was es hier geben würde. Hätten wir den Cafe nicht schon bestellt gehabt, wir wären sofort gegangen. So ein eine ungehobelte Art fördert nicht gerade die Motivation sich dort auf zu halten. Man muss aber dem netten Herrn hinter der Bar zu Gute halten, dass er sich sehr bemüht hat dem groben Verhalten entgegen zu wirken. We got a cafe to go. My girlfriend was leaning against a high bench while waiting for the café (with her hips) when an older blonde woman came from this bubble stand (probably part of the café?) and shouted at her that she was not allowed to use the furniture . Her hint that she was waiting for the coffee and wouldn't even sit down was ignored. You have to stand up straight or register. The older woman's manner and tone of voice was extremely rude and disproportionate to the situation. Also consider that we were paying customers waiting for drinks. While waiting, I saw that there was a drinks menu with these "bubbles" on a bar table. Since we were reprimanded so harshly, I read the menu about 50 cm in front of the cafe where my drink was being mixed. The blond older woman was standing in front of me again and barked at me that I should kindly leave the card on the table. After all, it would be written on the wall at this drinks counter behind which the rude woman was mixing the bubble juices exactly what would be served here. If we hadn't already ordered the cafe, we would have left immediately. Such an uncouth manner does not exactly promote the motivation to stay there. But you have to give credit to the nice gentleman behind the bar for trying very hard to counteract the rude behavior.
S	S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnete Eisbecher mit einer leckeren Waffel und viel Schlagsahne. Wunderschön dekorierter Eisbecher. Ein richtiger Augenschmaus! Wir werden wieder kommen. Very friendly staff. Excellent sundae with a delicious waffle and lots of whipped cream. Beautifully decorated sundae. A real feast for the eyes! We will come back.

Einfach toll hier, beim nächsten Italien Urlaub halten wir wieder hier. Gruß aus Halle/Saale Great ice cream parlor with friendly service, delicious ice cream and great coffee. The boss rounded off our stay with a nice conversation. Just great here, we'll stop here again next time we vacation in Italy. Greetings from Halle/Saale
