Meine Füße fühlten sich nach der Behandlung sehr gut an. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden und werde wieder kommen. I took a pedicure in Nail Spa. The staff member Patty was very accommodating and very friendly. My feet felt very good after the treatment. I am extremely satisfied and will come back.

Am Schluss war mein Naturnagel komplett ruiniert - meine Nägel haben nie auch nur 3 Wochen gehalten. Es brach immer schon vorher was weg. Und es kann nicht an der Abnutzung liegen, nachdem ich jetzt im neuen Studio dieses Problem überhaupt nicht habe. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind zum großen freundlich und bemüht. Leider werden hier nur Acryl Nägel gemacht (mir wurde trotz schlechtem Nagel nie was anderes angeboten) und trotz der vielen Mitarbeiterinnen ist eine zeitliche Flexibilität nicht wirklich gegeben. Außerdem fand ich es schon störend, dass bei den Ablöseplätzen die Hygiene echt mangelhaft war. Jeder versteht, dass das abgefeilte Material vom eigenen Nagel mal da ist, aber die Sessel waren immer schon bei der Ankunft verschmiert und es hat selten (außer 1 Lehrling manchmal) wer drüber geputzt, nachdem man aufgestanden ist. I had my nails done in this studio for about 6 months. In the end, my natural nail was completely ruined - my nails never lasted 3 weeks. Something always broke away beforehand. And it can't be the wear and tear, now that I don't have this problem at all in the new studio. The employees are generally friendly and hard-working. Unfortunately, only acrylic nails are made here (I was never offered anything else despite the bad nail) and despite the many employees there is not really any flexibility in terms of time. I also found it annoying that the hygiene at the replacement areas was really poor. Everyone understands that the material from their own nail is there, but the armchairs were always smeared on arrival and it was seldom (except for 1 apprentice sometimes) who cleaned over them after you got up.

Weder das feilen noch das lackieren wirkte professionell - so sah es im Endergebnis dann auch aus! - Preis/Leistung passt absolut nicht. Ich fand die Hygiene mangelhaft und das Personal nicht kompetent. Es erweckt den Sinn, dass hier alles nur schnell schnell gehen muss - es wird weder auf die Nagel Beschaffenheit, noch auf den richtigen Umgang geachtet. Für mich ein Reinfall.. Schade ums Geld... Once and never again ... absolutely no feel-good atmosphere and really badly made nails. Neither filing nor painting seemed professional - that's what the final result looked like! - Price / performance is absolutely not. I found the hygiene poor and the staff not competent. It makes sense that everything has to go fast quickly - no attention is paid to the nail texture or the correct handling. For me a flop .. Pity for the money ...

Freundliches, gut geschultes Personal bin mit den Nägel super zufrieden, Fußpflege natürlich Top. Bin sehr froh endlich mir Wimpern machen lassen zu können ohne allergisch zu reagieren. Zum Schluss, man kann sich von Kopf bis Fuß einfach nur gut gehen lassen und mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis bin ich natürlich auch sehr zufrieden! Lg A.K 5 Stars ! I am very happy to finally let me have eyelashes without being allergic. K	Kemmy Ingram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to this place at your own risk, i paid 71 euros for nails that dint even last for a week.. when i went to another studio to remove them she realized they never let my nails dry properly.. the girls working there are learners.. before you wast you money just buy stick ons.. also when my friend complained about the nails they just looked at us like, its your own problem.

If it weren't for the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff I wouldn't have even left this review. You are not doing the customer a favour - we are paying for a service.
