Wir haben lange überlegt, ob wir unser Zinshaus verkaufen wollen und uns auch vier andere GmbHs/Stiftungen angesehen, die auch an unserer Liegenschaft interessiert waren. Nach dem ersten Termin wussten wir, dass unser Haus hier in richtige Hände kommt und dass die Rihas nicht die klassischen Immobilienhaie sind, die Mieter rausekeln oder anderes. Nachdem wir uns einig waren, war die Abwicklung sowas von Top! Unser Rechtsanwalt machte einen Kaufvertrag, zu dem die Konkurrenten nicht zugestimmt hätten. 5 Sterne alles TOP !!! The handling was really great! We have long considered whether we want to sell our apartment building and also looked at four other GmbHs / foundations that were also interested in our property. After the first appointment, we knew that our house was in the right hands and that the rihas weren't the classic real estate sharks, the tenants were disgusted or otherwise. After we agreed, the processing was something of a top! Our lawyer made a sales contract that the competitors would not have agreed to. 5 stars all great!

Ich habe mein Zinshaus vor 6 Monaten einem Makler gegeben, dieser nannte mir vorab einen Preis, und dann nach ein paar Monaten meinte er, dass ich die Liegenschaft um 30% billiger verkaufen muss. Über meinen Notar bekam ich dann den Kontakt der Riha Brüder und die kauften meine Liegenschaft nach einem Sachverständigen Gutachten. Die Gespräche und die Abwicklung war wirklich großartig, da sie auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen sind. Ich kann das Unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen! The company gets 5 stars from me. Nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme hinsichtlich der Löschung unser Daten sowie Unterlassung von postalischen Zusendungen und einer schriftlichen E-Mail hinsichtlich der Datenschutzgrundverordnung etc. werden uns weiterhin Briefe gesendet! Sollte das zu viel verlangt sein könntet ihr ja auch noch versuchen endlich eure Unbelehrbarkeit abzulegen und eure Daten korrigieren, wenn ihr am Telefon mehr oder weniger pointiert darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden seid. Außerdem absolut keine Moral und man hat das Gefühl, das nicht wirklich gute Intentionen hinter dem Geschäft stecken. Sehr seltsames Unternehmen Very "out of touch" people.
