Es war Mittwoch... Also dringend was brauchen darf man anscheinen nicht dafür darf man sich noch unfreundlich abspeisen lassen und es wird dann einfach aufgelegt. Danke, kein Problem ich werde jetzt wo anders kaufen. Der vor fünf Tagen mit dem Sandro vereinbarte Preis ist plötzlich um 50 Euro gestiegen?! Auf die Frage, warum es teurer geworden ist, folgt eine lapidare Antwort: "Letzte Woche 350 heute 400". Es ist schon bekannt - wenn die Katze (der Chef) aus dem Haus ist, tanzen die Mäuse auf dem Tisch! Btw. drei Tage lang geht niemand ans Telefon - da musste ich selbst hinfahren um einen Termin zu machen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, es gibt genug seriösere und viel professionellere Firmen in Graz - Bruxmeier nie wieder!! Könnte ich 0 Sterne geben, würde ich das tun! Extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, annoyed, disinterested and MEGA arrogant! The price agreed with the Sandro five days ago suddenly increased by 50 euros ?! Gut das nun der Sommer kommt und die Vespa doch laufen sollt! Customer service equal to ZERO - on the personal inquiry on site regarding an appointment for sticker and carburetor adjustment on a Vespa, there was a mocking no time, only again in autumn ... It's good that summer is coming and that the Vespa should run!
