★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel infraestructura is good, location is fantastic, in special if you are studying at WU university. However customer service is horrible and for the price you pay I would expect that breakfast is included in the price.
Not worth the price !!! I stayed 2 weeks ago in another hotel in the neighbourhood much more cheaper,customer was fantastic and rooms and hotel environment were far better for a much lower price.

The breakfast it's very good.
All the 5 stars for this hotel, we recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long day of sightseeing in the city, the lobby and the hotel restaurant were pleasant places to read a book with a cup of tea.
Very friendly staff - I asked about a book they had on display in one of the bookshelf - and the next day I found it in my room as a gift.
Memorable experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this hotel so much. Comfort bed, nice bathroom. Only little thing I didn’t like the cleaning in room… for 5 days they didn’t change the sheets, I was busy to ask them to change, so maybe exactly in this hotel this option needs to be mentioned to reception

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel for a decent price, colorful and friendly interiors. Rooms as on the pictures. Cleaned up everyday. Well equipped, unfortunately there is no iron(you need to pay for the service). Very close to the metro and prater amusment park although its very quiet and with a nice view from the room. Friendly reception.

Excellent stay. I would have stayed more and I would book another fly just to stay in your hotel. Great job to all of your team. Thanks for made my first holiday after pandemic spread very positive.
