★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't tried kitchen though but the place is really great and fancy with superb view on whole prater as well as huge part of the city.
I highly recommend to visit it around golden hour to get the best experience. I feel here like i live in another city.
EDIT
Okay I need to remove one star for the service. I have tried to poke waitresses few time but no reaction from their side.
You need bit more stuff here.
