D	Doris Pichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter, sehr unfreundlicher Kundenservice. Können nur verkaufen, haben jedoch von den wesentlichen Dingen keine Ahnung. Habe ein kaputtes iPhone gebracht, wurde repariert jedoch nicht gesichert und auch nicht auf das Neue überspielt. Obwohl 4 Stunden Wartezeit und auch ein Neues sehr teures Gerät gekauft wurde! Gaben schlussendlich mir die Schuld, dass ich vor Ort nicht alles gleich kontrolliert habe! Es war kurz vor 18 Uhr, weil diese Dilettanten so lange herumgetan haben. Habe ich nur einen Teil kontrolliert. Gesichert wurde letztendlich nur die alte icloud vom Jahre Schnee jedoch nicht das ganze Handy. Für die Sicherung und Überspielung haben sie auch Geld verlangt!!!! Leider wurde das gleich Anfangs beim Hinbringen und beim Kauf des neuen Iphones bezahlt! Nur wenn man ein altes Gerät eins zu eins haben möchte, ist es meiner Meinung nach logisch, dass diese sogenannten FACHLEUTE auch alles kopieren und auf das neue Gerät spielen!!!!!!! Mitgegeben wurde mir dann das neue iphone 13 ohne SIM Karte. Weil Sie diese nicht aus dem alten herausgenommen haben. Als Antwort bekam ich auch dass muss der Kunde selbst wissen und dazu sagen! Also nur Ärger!!! Als ich die Rechnung für das alte Handy verlangt habe und die Ersatzteile auf der Rechnung vermerkt haben wollte, bekam ich als Antwort warum ich das nicht gleich dazu sagen kann. Am liebsten hätte ich das neue Handy wieder retour gegeben, macht jedoch wenig Sinn von Samstag bis Montag, da hätten diese Typen wieder zu viel Geld abgezogen!!! FAZIT: Sicherlich haben diese Leute keine Ahnung von Iphones!!!! Wesentliche Dinge wissen und können Sie nicht. Selbst Hülle für das neue Iphone haben sie mir Anfangs eine falsche nicht in der Größe passende dazugegeben, weil falsch beschriftet im Geschäft! Wie ich dort war haben sich noch 2 weitere Kunden über Reparaturen beschwert, die nicht ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt wurden! Einzige Erklärung, der Kunde ist immer selber Schuld!!!! Geschäftsführer oder Filialleiter sitzt hinter einem Vorhang uns lässt sich verleugnen! Habe nur gehört wie er gesagt hat zu Kollegen, dass dieser selber schuld ist und das alleine klären muss. Es gab keine Entschuldigung und auch kein Entgegenkommen für den doch sehr großen Verlust meiner Daten!!!!! NIE WIEDER MIT EINEM IPHONE IN DIESES GESCHÄFT!!!! Bad, very rude customer service. Can only sell, but have no idea of the essentials. I brought a broken iPhone, it was repaired but not backed up and not copied to the new one. Although 4 hours of waiting time and a new, very expensive device was bought! In the end they blamed me for not checking everything on site! It was just before 6 p.m. because these amateurs had been messing around for so long. I only checked part of it. Ultimately, only the old iCloud from the year of snow was backed up, but not the entire mobile phone. They also asked for money for the backup and transfer !!!! Unfortunately, that was paid for right at the beginning when bringing in and buying the new iPhone! Only if you want to have an old device one-to-one, in my opinion it is logical that these so-called PROFESSIONALS copy everything and play on the new device !!!!!!! I was given the new iphone 13 without a SIM card. Because you didn't take these out of the old one. In response, I also got that the customer has to know and say about it himself! So just trouble! When I asked for the invoice for the old cell phone and wanted to have the spare parts noted on the invoice, the answer I received was why I can't say that right away. I would have loved to give the new cell phone back, but it makes little sense from Saturday to Monday, because these guys would have withdrawn too much money again! CONCLUSION: Surely these people have no idea about iPhones !!!! You neither know nor know essential things. At first they even gave me the wrong case for the new Iphone, which was not the right size, because it was labeled incorrectly in the shop! When I was there, 2 other customers complained about repairs that weren't done properly! The only explanation, the customer is always to blame !! CEO or branch manager sits behind a curtain and can be denied! I only heard how he said to colleagues that it was his own fault and that he had to sort it out himself. There was no apology and no accommodation for the huge loss of my data !!!!! NEVER IN THIS SHOP WITH AN IPHONE AGAIN !!!!

Nachdem mir ein Apple Premium service Provider gesagt hat, mein Handy wäre nicht mehr zu gebrauchen und ein Fall für die Tonne bin ich zu hierher. Hier wurde es innerhalb von einem Tag repariert. Und Garantie gibts obendrauf. Bin mehr als zufrieden. TOP and fast service. After an Apple premium service provider told me that my cell phone was no longer usable and that it had to be thrown in the bin, I came here. It was repaired here within a day. And there's a guarantee on top of that. I'm more than satisfied.

Die Firma hat meine Kamera repariert aber Display funktoniert nicht mehr so gut wie früher ( Iphone 6S Plus) Während Reparatur bei der Platine sie machen etwas kaputtgemacht. Die Helligkeit in meinem Handydisplay ist dunkler auf der rechten Seite. Sie haben so getan, als sie das nicht gemacht hätten. Ich würde dieses Geschäft vermeiden. I've been here in December 2020 a long time ago. The company repaired my camera but the display doesn't work as well as it used to (Iphone 6S Plus) While repairing the circuit board they make something broken. The brightness in my phone display is dimmer on the right side. They acted when they didn't. I would avoid this shop.

Toller und freundlicher Service, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. :) :) TOP Fast and professional!!! I came by spontaneously in the morning with a broken iPhone. The shattered display was replaced within 20 minutes. Great and friendly service, I can only recommend it. :) :) TOP
S	Sandra Konatschnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wird schnell repariert und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, jedoch funktionierte mein Nachbau Display nicht ganz perfekt und brachte es innerhalb der Garantie zurück. Wurde auch ersetzt und habe dann nach einem Original Display gefragt, Qualität definitiv besser als Nachbau, aber wenn ich nicht direkt gerade aufs Handy schaue, sondern von bestimmten Winkeln, spiegelt es ganz komisch, was ich von Original Apple Displays eigentlich nicht kenne. Gets fixed quickly and the staff are very friendly, however my replica display didn't work perfectly and brought it back under warranty. Was also replaced and then asked for an original display, quality definitely better than a replica, but if I don't look directly at the phone, but from certain angles, it reflects quite strangely, which I don't actually know from original Apple displays.

I contacted them here and got an answer almost instantly, they said it would have taken about 2 hours to repair. Guys at the shop were super friendly and helpful, the repair took the time they said it would take. The price was high but I guess it is usual when you have iPhone. I would totally recommend the place, since staff speaks English and answers fast when you send an inquiry.
