★ ★ ★ ★ ★ employees are misleading customers with incomplete information regarding returns. The mentioned 14 days for returns, but they haven't mentioned that there is no money back!!! BE CAREFUL - there are only returns upon a voucher possible which means once you return your goods, you get a coupon of the same value and 3 years to redeem it. Einfach schlecht. Thank you for this valuable lesson to treat both your shop and employees with caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In spite of being HUGE, there are some big gaps in their offerings. I went looking for snorkels and flippers but couldn't find them anywhere. Definitely not in the swimming section. In spite of seeing quite a few staff on the floor, there was only one person working the tills and the wait to pay was ridiculous.

one point, they need to give better space to more offers just like other sport shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice Sports Direct location. Conveniently located near Wien Westbahnhof, this location offers 4 floors of Sports items. Also, they offer Schwimmen items all year round! Staff speaks English and was extremely helpful!
