Im gegensatz zu anderen arroganten technikern von der konkurrenz, hat die iphonewerkstatt es wenigstens versucht. Ich finde es auch gut, daß er hier trotz einsatzes nichts verlangt hat, daher top!! I tried hard, unfortunately the technician couldn't save my ipad because of a broken circuit board. In contrast to other arrogant technicians from the competition, the iphonewerkstatt has at least tried it. I also think it's good that he didn't ask anything here despite his efforts, so great!

Ich wurde über alle Arbeitsschritte per Mail am Laufenden gehalten. Super Service, schnelle Abwicklung :) I sent my phone in the mail for repair. Everything went to my complete satisfaction. I was kept up to date on all work steps by email. Great service, quick processing :)

Er hätte auch genauso leicht sagen können ich soll in 30min wieder kommen um dann 50,- zu kassieren. Großes Lob für diese Ehrlichkeit!!! So etwas erlebt man selten heutzutage. Alles Gute weiterhin und lg To be honest, I was very surprised when the employee in the shop told me that my cell phone that I wanted to unlock is already unlocked. He could just as easily have said I should come back in 30 minutes and then collect 50.00. Big compliments for this honesty !!! You rarely experience something like this nowadays. Man trifft dort freundliche und professionale Betreuung vor. Kürzlich habe ich dort zu meinem iPhone 11 Pro das beschädigtes Display versiegeln lassen und hatte auch gleich den Tausch des Akkus. Funktionell das Smartphone nun wieder neuwertig - vielen Dank - gerne wieder! I have known this business for years and I have been successfully helped there with a wide variety of cell phones. You will find friendly and professional support there. I recently had the damaged display of my iPhone 11 Pro sealed there and also had to replace the battery. Functionally, the smartphone is now as good as new - thank you very much - gladly again!
