★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Arbeit und gute Qualtität der Fenster. Allerdings sind die Servicedienstleistungen massiv überteuert. Die Rechnungsstellung erfolgt mit Pauschalbeträgen und ist dadurch sehr intransparent. Die Firma ist für Service und Reparaturen definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
Nice job and good quality windows. However, the services are massively overpriced. Invoicing is done with lump sums and is therefore very opaque. The company is definitely not recommended for service and repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Firma ist absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Bei dieser Firma handelt es sich um nichts anderes als BETRUG. Die echte Arbeitszeit von ungefähr 2 Stunden wurden auf der Rechnung mit 5,75 Stunden dokumentiert. Dabei sprechen wir von ungefähr 500€ inkl. MwSt. Außerdem wurden 120€ inkl. Mwst. für die Fahrt von Götzis nach Dornbirn angerechnet. Eine minimal eingesetzte Menge an Schmierstoff wurde mit 50€ inkl. MwSt berechnet. Dies sind NUR einige Details der ausgeschriebenen Rechnung der ZERO GmbH. Roman Zech (Geschäftsführer), der stellvertretende der Interessensvertretung Freiheitliche Wirtschaft in Vorarlberg, machte sich bei uns auch mit seiner rassistischen Bemerkung (Vergleich mit der Türkei) bekannt. Mit welchem Zweck er dies sagte, ist immer noch fraglich. Insgesamt handelt es sich um 1067€ für die Einstellung von zwei Türen.
This company is absolutely NOT to be recommended! This company is nothing more than a SCAM. The real working time of around 2 hours was documented on the invoice as 5.75 hours. We are talking about 500 € including VAT. In addition, 120 € including VAT. counted for the journey from Götzis to Dornbirn. A minimal amount of lubricant used was charged at € 50 including VAT. These are ONLY some details of the ZERO GmbH invoice. Roman Zech (managing director), the representative of the Freedom Economy interest group in Vorarlberg, also made himself known to us with his racist remark (comparison with Turkey). With what purpose he said this is still questionable. In total, it is € 1067 for the setting of two doors.
