P	Pate Spite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mein Fahrzeug gegen 8 in die Werkstatt zum Service gestellt. Gebeten habe ich um einen Ölwechsel, Ölfilter wechsel und um eine Zündkerzen erneuerung. Gegen meine Einverständnis setzten sie mir auch einen neuen Luft und Innenraumfilter ein. Um 15 uhr durfte ich dann erst mein Fahrzeug abholen. Als ich den Preis gesehen habe saß ich plötzlich einen Meter höher, 320 Euro! In meiner bisherigen Laufbahn als Autofahrer hab ich noch nie so einen Wucherpreis gesehen, für einen Geringverdiener kaum zu stemmen! Finde es auch nicht oke, dass sie einfach mir nichts dir nichts meiner Bitte nicht nachgehen. Denke nicht, dass ich hier noch einmal etwas in Auftrag gebe, schade drum. I put my vehicle in the workshop for service at around 8 am. I asked for an oil change, an oil filter change and a spark plug replacement. Against my consent, they also installed a new air and cabin filter for me. At 3 p.m. I was only allowed to pick up my vehicle. When I saw the price, I suddenly sat one meter higher, 320 euros! In my career so far as a car driver, I have never seen such an exorbitant price that a low-wage earner can hardly afford! Also do not find it ok that they simply do not follow my request. Don't think that I'm going to commission something here again, it's a shame.

C	Christina Bäck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für 2 Stoßdämpfer und 2 Federn vorne bei einem Mitsubishi Colt Z30 1200€ zu verlangen ist Wucher! Uns dann noch mit einer gebrochenen Feder fahren zu lassen, ohne uns darüber informiert zu haben ist fahrlässig!! Wir haben Angebote bei mehreren anderen Werkstätten eingeholt die alle um (!) mehr als die Hälfte billiger waren. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Bin gespannt, ob jetzt auch die klassische Antwort des Geschäftsführers kommt "Da Sie nicht in unserer Kundenkartei geführt werden, können wir nicht auf Ihre Bewertung eingehen...". To charge 1200 € for 2 shock absorbers and 2 springs in the front of a Mitsubishi Colt Z30 is usury! To let us drive with a broken spring without informing us about it is negligent !! We have obtained offers from several other workshops, all of which were (!) More than half cheaper. Absolutely not to be recommended! I am curious to see whether the managing director's classic answer will come: "As you are not listed in our customer file, we cannot respond to your evaluation ...".
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persönlich und telefonisch getroffene Vereinbarungen mit dem Inhaber (Ahmet Özer) zum Ankauf von ausgemusterten Maschinen wurden nicht eingehalten. (Vertragsbruch!) Bei Abholung (welche ein paar Stunden zuvor telefonisch direkt mit Hr. Özer avisiert und der Preis nochmals bestätigt wurde) wurde auf einmal mehr als das Doppelte verlangt. Eine Woche zuvor hat es meinerseits bereits persönlich eine Kaufzusage gegeben, welche von seitens Hr. Özer bestätigt wurde (= Begründung eines mündlichen Kaufvertrages). Inhalt dieser Kaufzusage waren Preis & Umfang. Dieses Vorgehen ist im Sinne partnerschaftlicher Geschäftstätigkeit mehr als unprofessionell. Eine Handschlagqualität gibt es in diesem Betrieb anscheinend nicht. Vereinbarungen werden einfach durch unqualifizierte Aussagen nicht eingehalten --> Auch eine mündliche Vereinbarung begründet einen bindenden Kaufvertag! Der Betrieb ist nicht empfehlenswert! Agreements made in person and by telephone with the owner (Ahmet Özer) for the purchase of decommissioned machines were not kept. (breach of contract!) When picking it up (which was notified directly to Mr. Özer by telephone a few hours beforehand and the price was confirmed again), more than twice as much was asked for at once. A week earlier I had already personally given a purchase commitment, which Mr. Özer was confirmed (= justification of an oral purchase contract). The contents of this purchase commitment were price and scope. This approach is more than unprofessional in terms of partnership business activity. Apparently there is no handshake quality in this company. Agreements are simply not adhered to by unqualified statements --> Even a verbal agreement justifies a binding purchase contract! Operation is not recommended!
C	Christian Doppler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das war jetzt das zweite Service dort, das ich gemacht habe seit der vorige Geschäftsführer weg ist. Beide Male relativ hohe Kosten (in meinen Augen sehr sehr hoch), zudem wurden Arbeiten gemacht, die ich explizit nicht wollte und worauf ich sehr deutlich am Anfang hingewiesen habe. Da ich die nicht bestellte Leistung (Ölwechsel) nicht bezahlen wollte wurde natürlich umgehend mit Richter gedroht. Das hätte es beim alten Geschäftsführer nicht gegeben. Nach 6 Jahren durchgehender Treue werde ich diese Werkstatt sicher nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht mehr empfehlen. That was the second service there that I have done since the previous manager left. Both times relatively high costs (in my eyes very, very high), and work was done that I explicitly did not want and which I pointed out very clearly at the beginning. Since I did not want to pay for the service that was not ordered (oil change), Richter was of course immediately threatened. That would not have happened with the old managing director. After 6 years of constant loyalty, I will certainly not visit this workshop again and also no longer recommend it.
G	Gerhard Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...unkompliziert, kompetent, flexibel… angerufen, Problem geschildert, ohne Termin direkt angenommen und keine 24h später war alles diagnostiziert, repariert! Das haben 2 andere Werkstätten (darunter eine Toyota-Spezialwerkstatt) im Vorfeld nicht mal im Ansatz hinbekommen bzw. versucht..... Der junge Geschäftsführer äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Für mich die wohl beste und kompetenteste KFZ-Werkstatt in und um Graz!!!! ...uncomplicated, competent, flexible... called, described the problem, accepted directly without an appointment and less than 24 hours later everything was diagnosed and repaired! 2 other workshops (including a Toyota special workshop) didn't even begin to manage or try to do that..... The young manager extremely friendly and courteous! For me probably the best and most competent car workshop in and around Graz!!!!

Even though they were obviously very busy and we'd just turned up in the afternoon, we were seen to straight away by the really lovely guy at the reception (I think he was the owner!).. He jumped straight in and sorted us out on the spot.. He couldn't have been more helpful and so I highly recommend this place.. Thank you!!
