Also ging sie zu Epos, dort wurde ihr mitgeteilt, man könne das iPad nicht mehr richten und hat Ihr ein neues verkauft (und immerhin mit dem iPhone gesynct). Als ich zurück kam, habe ich das iPad an mein Mac Book gehängt, iTunes gestartet und sofort lief wieder alles. Musste nicht mal einen Knopf drücken oder sonst etwas machen. Gratulation ans EPOS Team - eine Rentnerin über den Tisch ziehen für 350 Euro, das braucht chuzpe! Retired Abzoke! When I was on vacation, my 72 year old mother's iPad suddenly stopped working. So she went to Epos, where she was told that the iPad could no longer be fixed and sold her a new one (and at least synced with the iPhone). When I got back, I hung the iPad on my Mac Book, started iTunes and everything went right away. Didn't even have to push a button or do anything. Congratulations to the EPOS team - rip a pensioner for 350 euros, that needs chuzpe!

Super fast service. Even without an express appointment (battery change for iPhone) Very friendly staff. You can totally recommend it as far as that is concerned.

Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, vorbeibringen und innerhalb von einpaar Tagen ist das Gerät wieder da. Heute wird mir vor Ort gesagt, dass man da nichts machen kann... Echt enttäuschend... Das Gerät habe ich für viel Geld (und mehr als bei Amazon und co) in der Corona-Kriese gekauft, um die heimische Wirtschaft zu fördern... Bringen tuts nichts... Und wenn der Mitarbeiter 3 mal das IPad anschaut und dann noch fragen muss, was für ein Model das es ist, obwohl es deutliche unterschiede zum nächst ähnlicherem gibt, dann Frage ich mich wirklich, ob das Geld nicht besser in Mitarbeiterschulungen investiert werden sollte, statt in einen neuen Porsche... Aber ja, scheinen ja einpaar gute Erfahrungen damit gemacht zu haben... Vielleicht sieht man das als Leihe etwas anders... So far only bad experiences ... Today again ...
