Alleine der Gedanke einen Zahnarzt betreten zu müssen haben meinen Körper in einen Ausnahmezustand versetzt. Dementsprechend desolat war der Zustand in meinem Mund... Jahrelang habe ich Schmerzen und Scham hingenommen nur um mich dem nicht stellen zu müssen. Als ich gar nicht mehr weiter wusste, habe ich mich entschlossen die Zahnklinik Hera zu besuchen und wurde dort vom ersten Tag an sehr herzlich und würdevoll behandelt. Dafür möchte ich mich von ganzem Herzen bedanken. Das gröbste ist schon erledigt und bald kann ich wieder lachen ohne mich verstecken zu müssen. :) (Solltest DU dich in diesen Worten wiedererkennen - MACH DEN SCHRITT! DU WIRST ES NICHT BEREUEN. Wenn ICH das geschafft habe, schaffst DU das locker!) Very clear recommendation from me! I am an anxiety patient and did not know what to do for a long time. Just the thought of having to go to a dentist put my body in a state of emergency. Accordingly, the condition in my mouth was desolate ... For years I put up with pain and shame just so as not to have to face it. When I didn't know what to do next, I decided to visit the Hera Dental Clinic, where I was treated very warmly and with dignity from the very first day. For this I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. U	Ursula Nrecaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekam einen schnellen Termin als ich Schmerzen hatte. Mein eigener Zahnarzt hingegen, wo ich seit Jahren in Behandlung bin, hätte mich 4 Wochen warten lassen. Kaum Wartezeit und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Verstehe die negativen Kommentare hier nicht. Got a quick appointment when I was in pain. My own dentist, on the other hand, where I've been treating for years, would have made me wait 4 weeks. Hardly any waiting time and friendly staff. Don't understand the negative comments here.
E	Erwin Mock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte überraschende Schmerzen und war heute in der Zahnambulanz. Ich landete bei Fr. Dr. Sukalo. Ergebnis: Wurzelbehandlung. Es fand ein Super Beratungsgespräch mit der anschliessenden Behandlung statt. Ich kann nur sagen: Absolut perfekt, freundliches und Kompetentes Taem !!! I had surprising pain and was in the dental clinic today. I ended up with Ms. Dr. Sukalo. Result: root canal treatment. A great consultation with the subsequent treatment took place. I can only say: Absolutely perfect, friendly and competent Taem!

G	Gianni Clavoverat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich suchte einen neuen Zahnarzt in Wien, und dachte mir bei der Zahnklinik Hera kann man sicher nichts falsch machen. Meine Erfahrungen waren dann alles anderes als gut. Ich wurde Frau Dr. Ajouri zugeteilt, wobei deren Deutschkenntnisse sehr zu wünschen übrig ließen. Mit 4 Behandlungsterminen wurde ich dann wegen einer Entzündung behandelt, bis dann schließlich der Zahn locker wurde und deswegen gezogen werden musste. Das Zahnziehen dauerte mehr als eine Stunde wo Hr. Lantzberg weiter machen musste. Der Zweite Zahn der von Frau Dr. Ajouri behandelt wurde ist mir vor einer Woche total rausgebrochen, ich bin von Hera sehr enttäuscht, zusätzlich bin Selbständig und muss für die Leistungen noch 20% Selbstbehalt bezahlen. Hierfür hätte ich mir schon eine bessere Leistung gewünscht, Liebe Grüße, Franz Gstoettner I was looking for a new dentist in Vienna, and thought that you can't go wrong with the Hera Dental Clinic. My experiences were anything but good. I became Dr. Ajouri assigned, although their knowledge of German left a lot to be desired. I was then treated for an inflammation with 4 treatment appointments, until the tooth finally became loose and therefore had to be extracted. The tooth extraction took more than an hour where Mr. Lantzberg had to continue. The second tooth of Dr. Ajouri was treated totally broke out a week ago, I am very disappointed with Hera, in addition I am self-employed and have to pay a 20% deductible for the services. Die Ärztin hat mir alles in Ruhe erklärt und mir gesagt brauche mich nicht fürchten und mir die ( Angst) genommen. Einfach Top Ärztin und ihre Assistentin. Nur zum weiter empfehlen. I had my first appointment at HERA yesterday. I am a fearful patient as far as I am concerned, so I haven't gone to the dentist for a long time. The doctor explained everything to me in peace and told me not to be afraid and took away my (fear). Simply a top doctor and her assistant. Only to recommend.
L	Lilian Wach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brauchte dringend eine OK-Totalprothese und hatte gehofft, sie dort rasch zu bekommen, da ich aufgrund einer Kiefergelenksarthrose bds. starke Schmerzen hatte. Zwar verstehe ich, dass der "Amtsweg" eingehalten werden muss, nur dachte ich, dass es auch da verschiedene Zugänge gibt. Kurz und schlecht: Es hätte ca. 6 Wochen gedauert, bis mir geholfen hätte werden können. "Versorgt" mit einer ausgekratzten Plombe in den verbliebenen 5 Zähnen im UK und den Papieren, die ich hätte bei der Krankenkasse einreichen hätte müssen, durfte ich wieder gehen. Sehr verzweifelt rief ich meinen Zahnarzt wieder an, der mich dann ins Labor Meusburger schickte, wo ich innerhalb weniger Tage eine phantastisch sitzende neue Prothese erhielt. Die Zahnklinik der Hera sieht mich ganz sicher nie wieder.

I had the feeling the dentist (a woman, don't remember her name) was in a rush and just wanted to finish her working day. Everything happened really fast and I was sent away with a prescription for antibiotics. I don't know what happened to taking time for your patients and explaining what's the case.
