After many blows with property management in Vienna, I have to report with this property management as a tenant only positive. It is always governed immediately and an installer / craftsman sent. I am more than satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich würde es vermeiden eine Wohnung zu mieten, welche von dieser Firma betreut wird. Auch nach 3 Einbrüchen binnen 1.5 Jahren wurden keine Maßnahmen unternommen oder Hilfestellung geleistet. Ganz im Gegenteil, der Kontakt und die Auskunft war stets sehr unfreundlich und keineswegs hilfsbereit.
Very rude staff. I would avoid renting an apartment that is managed by this company. Even after 3 burglaries within 1.5 years, no measures were taken or assistance was given. On the contrary, the contact and information was always very rude and in no way helpful.
