Frau Dr. Kabil hat mir einen Weisheitszahn am Wochenende aufgrund akuter unerträglicher Schmerzen entfernt (ÖKG Wochenendarzt und Uniklinikum haben den Zahn nicht entfernt weil zu kompliziert und Zeitintensiv fürs Wochenende). Die Operation verlief völlig schmerzfrei und flott. Ich werde meine verbleibenden Weisheitszähne ebenfalls von Frau Dr. Kabil entfernen lassen. TOP! Miss Dr. Kabil removed a wisdom tooth from me at the weekend due to acute unbearable pain (ÖKG weekend doctor and university clinic did not remove the tooth because it was too complicated and time-consuming for the weekend). The operation was completely painless and quick. I will also get my remaining wisdom teeth from Dr. Have Kabil removed.

B	Brigitte Schobert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musst am Sonntag die Ordination wegen einem stark schmerzenden Zahn in Anspruch nehmen. Bekam nach Anruf schnell einen Termin. Die behandelnde Ärztin hat nach einem Röntgen nach Einspritzung begonnen den Zahn zu entfernen. Auf meinen Einwand hin, dass ich auch nach der Spritze noch immer Schmerzen bei der Entfernung habe, bekam ich die unfreundliche Antwort: Das gibt es nicht. Das ist nur ein Druckgefühl. Da ich schon mehrere Zähne reißen lassen musste, kann ich sehr gut zwischen einem Druckgefühl und richtigem Schmerz unterscheiden. Im Endeffekt hat dann mein eigener Zahnarzt festgestellt, das bei der Entfernung von dem Zahn eine Wand vom Kieferknochen angebrochen wurde. Und das alles für den stolzen Preis von EUR 480,00 !!!! In response to my objection that even after the injection I still have pain when removing it, I received the unfriendly answer: There is no such thing. It's just a feeling of pressure. Since I've had several teeth torn, I can very well distinguish between a feeling of pressure and real pain. In the end, my own dentist found that a wall of the jawbone was cracked during the removal of the tooth. And all for the proud price of EUR 480.00 !!!!
P	Pinar Pinar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Dr. Akarsu kurz nach Ende des 1. Lockdowns aufgrund von plötzlich am Wochenende auftretenden Zahnschmerzen kennengelernt. Nach einem kurzen Anruf in der Ordination habe ich sofort einen Termin bekommen. Seither bin ich seine Patientin. Die Ordination selbst ist sehr modern und hell ausgestattet und hat somit einen positiven Einfluss auf den Gemütszustand des Patienten. Dr. Akarsu ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er nimmt den Patienten als Individuum wahr und respektiert deren Anliegen, Ängste und Zweifel. Man könnte meinen er wäre die Ruhe in Person. Selbst ich als komplizierte Patientin kann nur sagen dass er es immer geschafft hat mich zu beruhigen und auf meine Wünsche und Bedürfnisse einzugehen egal wie schwierig die Behandlung zu sein schien. Er nimmt sich genügend Zeit für einen und dadurch fühlt man sich willkommen. Alles in allem fühle ich mich hier gut aufgehoben, sowie kompetent und fachlich gut beraten. Außerdem muss ich auch erwähnen wie überaus nett und hilfsbereit das Team von Dr. Akarsu ist. Ich schätze die gute Arbeit in dieser Ordination sehr und möchte auf diesem Wege sowohl ein großes Lob ans Team - als auch eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. I have dr Met Akarsu shortly after the end of the 1st lockdown due to a toothache that suddenly appeared on the weekend. After a short call to the ordination, I got an appointment straight away. I've been his patient ever since. The ordination itself is very modern and bright and thus has a positive influence on the patient's state of mind. Dr. Akarsu is very nice and accommodating. He perceives the patient as an individual and respects their concerns, fears and doubts. You'd think he was calm in person. Even as a complicated patient, I can only say that he always managed to calm me down and respond to my wishes and needs, no matter how difficult the treatment seemed. He takes enough time for you and that makes you feel welcome. All in all, I feel that I am in good hands here, as well as being competently and professionally advised. I also have to mention how extremely nice and helpful Dr. Akarsu is. I very much appreciate the good work in this ordination and would like to take this opportunity to express my compliments to the team as well as a clear recommendation.

Nach langer Überlegung habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, eine Zahnfleischbehandlung bei ihm durchzuführen. Das Ergebnis kann sich zeigen lassen. Die Behandlung war recht schmerzfrei & schon am nächsten Tag konnte ich wieder regulär essen & trinken. 10/10! Absolute recommendation. I have Dr. Met Akarsu through a recommendation. I had a dental emergency in Vienna while on holiday and was in immense pain. Dr Akarsu was able to provide me with a temporary solution which immediately reduced my pain and allowed me to enjoy what was left of my trip in Vienna. I definitely recommend Dr Akarsu for any dental needs or emergencies in Vienna. He was able to see me promptly on a Sunday when everything was closed. Normally, I am hesitant to received treatment abroad and nervous to visit dentists. However, Dr Akarsu and his assistant made me feel comfortable and explained everything efficiently. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Akarsu saw me at the appointed time--no waiting. He was very patient, kind, thorough, and quickly eased my concerns and treated the pain I was experiencing. I appreciated his caring but not aggressive approach for further treatment. He offered his opinion and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. The office is state of the art, clean, and bright. His staff is extremely kind too. I would gladly return if I were staying longer. All in all a very positive experience.
