H	Hardcore Rush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehrere Patienten sind viel zu spät zu ihrern Terminen erschienen und werden trotzdem zu erst dran genommen ! Wurde um 10:30 hin bestellt für ein Röntgen und hab dann 1h30min warten müssen und mein Termin war um 10:50! Several patients showed up too late for their appointments and were still taken first! Was ordered at 10:30 for an X-ray and then had to wait 1h30min and my appointment was at 10:50!
M	Mehmet Dincsoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser Praxis habe ich heute nur schlechte und schmerzhafte Erfahrungen gehabt, woran ich immer noch leide!!! Es wurde heute bei mir um 08:40 eine Wurzelbehandlung gemacht. Die Dame war nicht einmal daran interessiert, mir die Info zugeben, das sie keine Narkose vor der Behandlung machen wird und griff einfach ohne was zu sagen auf mein Zahn zu. Wo ich sie dann bat zu stoppen und fragte warum sie vorher keine Narkose macht, reagierte sie sehr nervig und gelangweilt drauf, das es was kosten würde. Natürlich bezahlte ich es auch! Nach einer Minute griff sie aufeinmal wieder derartig unprofessionell und schmerzahft zu. Da ich es immer noch sehr fest spürrte, regte sie sich auf und sagte: " Ich habe ja nicht einmal begonnen,, obwohl sie schon am Zahn war!!! Ich zitterte vor schmerzen und litt bzw. leide immer noch sehr schlimm darunter. Niewieder mehr!! Werde sofort eine neue Praxis aufsuchen! In this practice today I have only had bad and painful experiences, from which I still suffer! I had a root canal treatment at 8:40 am today. The lady wasn't even interested in giving me the info that she won't do anesthesia before the treatment and just reached out to my tooth without saying anything. When I asked her to stop and asked why she didn't do anesthesia beforehand, she reacted very annoyingly and bored that it would cost something. Of course I paid for it too! After a minute she suddenly grabbed it again in such an unprofessional and painful manner. Since I still felt it very strongly, she got upset and said: "I didn't even start, although she was already on the tooth! I was trembling with pain and suffered or still suffer very badly from it. Never again more !! Will visit a new practice immediately!
I	Iveta Hoffmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich darf berichten dass ich ziemlich schreckliche Zahnarzterfahrungen machen musste, ich war bei Zahnärzten wo mir 6 Zähne auf einmal gerissen worden bevor die Spritze richtig wirkte. Wo ich danach nachhause gefahren bin und richtig geweint hab vor Schmerzen. Lange musste ich einen Zahnarzt suchen wo ich mich wohlfühle wo der zahnarzt sich wirklich zeit nimmt ohne Druck und auf zack zack schnell einfach alles erledigt, damit die Patienten nicht lange warten müssen. Das ist die 1. Zahn Klinik wo ich WIRKLICH gerne wieder endlich zum Zahnarzt gehe, ohne dass ich Angst haben muss dass ich gleich einen Fleischhauer an mein Gebiss ranlasse. Ich muss wirklich sagen das ALLE EGAL OB DIE ZAHNÄRZTE, ASSISTENTEN ODER AN DER REZEPTION, wirklich alle das beste geben dass man sich wohl fühlt. Jeden Angstpatienten rate ich mittlerweile diese Ordination da man natürlich die Behandlungen genauso in Narkose machen könnte, nach Absprache mit dem Chefarzt. Sobald etwas unangenehm wird hört der Zahnarzt sofort auf und macht nicht einfach weiter. Es ist wirklich eine Top Ordination und bin froh hier eine Patientin zu sein. Ein großes Lob ein großes Danke alle alle von Danubemed Team!!! This is the first dental clinic where I REALLY like to go to the dentist again without having to worry that I will let a butcher get to my teeth. I really have to say that EVERYONE, NO MATTER WHETHER THE DENTISTS, ASSISTANTS OR AT THE RECEPTION, all really do their best to make you feel good. I now advise every anxious patient to have this ordination, as the treatments could of course also be done under anesthesia, after consultation with the chief physician. As soon as something becomes uncomfortable, the dentist stops immediately and does not just continue. It is really a top ordination and I am happy to be a patient here. Kudos to all of you from the Danubemed team!
A	Alexandra Hoesch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte heute einen Termin in der Dentalklinik bei einer jungen Ärztin. Es sollte ein Stiftzahn mit Krone entfernt werden. Zudem war die Zahnwurzel entzündet. Ich bekam eine Spritze und keine Minute später fing die Ärztin an dem Zahn zu entfernen. Als ich vor Schmerzen an die Decke ging habe ich noch eine Injektion bekommen und es ging prompt weiter mit der Extraktion. Ich hatte starke Schmerzen, bekam aber nur zur Anwort "das kann nicht weh tun, wir haben es gleich geschafft". Nach 15 Minuten durfte ich die Klinik ohne Zahn, dafür unter Schmerzen wieder verlassen. Eine schmerzhafte Erfahrung... nicht zu empfehlen!! Today I had an appointment at the dental clinic with a young doctor. A pin tooth with a crown was to be removed. After 15 minutes I was allowed to leave the clinic without a tooth and in pain. A painful experience ... not recommended !!
M	Mario Niemeczek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit starken Schmerzen am Nachmittag angerufen, 1 1/2h später einen Akuttermin mit Hinweis auf Wartezeit erhalten. Wartezeit in der Klinik war ca. 30 Minuten. Hab die Arztin darauf hingewiesen das ich Angstpatient bin und extreme Schmerzen habe. Nach lokaler Anästhesie musste der Weisheitszahn gezogen werden. Behandlung war sehr kompetent und Schmerzfrei. Gesamtes Team sehr freundlich und kompetent. Called in the afternoon with severe pain, 1 1/2 hours later received an acute appointment with a notice of a waiting time. Waiting time in the clinic was about 30 minutes. The doctor pointed out that I am an anxious patient and in extreme pain. After local anesthesia, the wisdom tooth had to be extracted. Treatment was very professional and pain free. Entire team very friendly and competent.

Die Zahnärztin war ebenso sehr freundlich und auch sehr kompetent. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Got an appointment within 2 hours on Saturday because of my toothache. I was very satisfied, all employees were friendly. The dentist was also very friendly and very competent. Can't understand the negative reviews.
A	Alexander Walka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte um 09:40 Termin. Das erste mal wurde ich um 11:00 zum Röntgen drangenommen und mein Zahn wurde um kurz vor 12:00 behandelt. Um 12:15 konnte ich die Ambulanz wieder verlassen. Es kamen Patienten nach mir in die Ambulanz und wurden vor mir drangenommen… ich vergebe nur 2 Sterne, weil das Personal und die Ärztin nett waren und im Endeffekt eine gute Arbeit geleistet haben. Sonst hätte dieser Besuch 0 Sterne verdient…. Ob ich jemals wieder komme, bleibt abzuwarten. I had an appointment at 9:40 am. The first time I was taken for an x-ray was at 11am and my tooth was treated just before 12pm. At 12:15 I was able to leave the ambulance again. Patients came into the outpatient clinic after me and were taken before me... I only give 2 stars because the staff and the doctor were nice and ultimately did a good job. Otherwise this visit would have earned 0 stars…. Whether I'll ever come back remains to be seen.

Competent dentists explain everything to you and make you relaxed during the procedure. Even the waiting time was surprisingly short, I was in and out in under 25 min incl. An x-ray. Totally recommendable
