★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin wirklich mehr als enttäuscht von Dr. Pilus. Er gibt sich als jemand aus, der spezialisiert auf Angstpatienten ist, hat meine Ängste aber keinen Millimeter verstanden und eher ins lächerliche gezogen und sogar einmal darüber gelacht. Wenn Sie auch an einer Zahnarztphobie leiden, bitte suchen Sie sich einen anderen Zahnarzt, hier werden Sie nicht gut behandelt...
 I am really more than disappointed with Dr. Pilus. He pretends to be someone who specializes in anxiety patients, but did not understand my fears a millimeter and rather laughed at them and even laughed about them once. If you also suffer from dental phobia, please find another dentist, you will not be treated well here ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist der beste Zahnarzt in wien.
Bin hingegangen mit der Absicht alles in voll Narkose zu machen, da ich 7 Füllungen brauchte. Nach dem ersten beratungstermin (25€) wurde mir versichert, dass ich nichts spüren würde, nicht einmal die spritze. Dem war auch so.
Ich wurde zwar nicht direkt von Dr. Pilus behandelt,aber dafür von einer sehr geduldigen Ärztin die perfekt mit einem nervenbündel wie mir umgehen konnte. Man kann auch sagen wovor man Angst hat und welche Situationen jemanden stören.
Nach 3 Terminen war alles erledigt inkl. Mundhygiene (die hatte ich 15 Jahre nicht gemacht).
Die Angst vor dem 1. Termin und das hingehen bzw. Reingehen kann einem leider niemand nehmen,aber nach ein bis zwei Terminen ist man so abgestumpft,dass eh alles schon egal ist ?
That is the best dentist in Vienna.
I went there with the intention of doing everything under full anesthesia as I needed 7 fillings. After the first consultation (€ 25) I was assured that I would not feel anything, not even the injection. That was also the case.
While I wasn't directly contacted by Dr. Pilus treated, but by a very patient doctor who could handle a bundle of nerves like me perfectly. You can also say what you are afraid of and which situations are bothering you.
After 3 appointments everything was done including oral hygiene (I hadn't done that for 15 years).
Unfortunately, nobody can take away the fear of the 1st appointment and going there or in, but after one or two appointments you are so numbed that nothing matters anyway ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausgesprochen freundliches Team und die Beratung und Behandlung von Herrn Dr Pilus ist toll und sehr kompetent. Was nicht passt wird passend gemacht, mit viel Geduld! Ich fühle mich in guten Händen, von Zahnarztphobie keine Spur mehr. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung.
Extremely friendly team and the advice and treatment from Dr Pilus is great and very competent. What doesn't fit is made to fit, with a lot of patience! I feel that I am in good hands, no longer a trace of dental phobia. Thank you for the great support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ganz ehrlich, wenn man zum Zahnarzt geht und ein Zahnarzt verlangt für eine Aufklärung ein Beratungshonorar bevor er zum Arbeiten an den Zähnen beginnt, find ich das sehr zum Schämen.
Dann auch noch gestaffelt.
To be honest, when you go to the dentist and a dentist demands a consultation fee for an explanation before he starts working on your teeth, I find that very embarrassing.
Then staggered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine umfangreiche Behandlung in Vollnarkose war für mich die einzige Option, da mir Angst und Panikattaken bereits seit einigen Jahren einen Zahnarztbesuch unmöglich gemacht haben. Hr. Dr.Pilus und sein Team haben alle Versprechen unseres Erstgespräches eingehalten. Auch die Folgebehandlungen sind für mich jetzt kein Problem mehr. Er hat mir meine Lebensqualität wieder zurück gegeben. Kann Hr.Dr.Pilus nur weiterempfehlen!!!
Extensive treatment under general anesthesia was the only option for me, as fear and panic attacks had made a visit to the dentist impossible for me for several years. Mr. Dr Pilus and his team kept all the promises made in our initial meeting. The follow-up treatments are no longer a problem for me either. He gave me back my quality of life. Can only recommend Dr Pilus !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin/war eine Angstpatientin wie aus dem Lehrbuch. Panikattacken schon beim Terminausmachen am Telefon (!), Hyperventilationen, etc. Dr. Pilus und sein Team behandeln dich deswegen nicht schlecht oder machen sich über einem lustig - das kenn ich von anderen Zahnärzten zur genüge. Dr. Pilus ist nicht nur ein Spitzenarzt - er ist auch als Mensch einfach wundervoll. Er nimmt sich Zeit, geht auf seine Patienten zu 100% ein, stresst nicht und ist nie sauer geworden wenn ich ne Panikattacke hatte. Dank ihm und seinem Team kann ich mittlerweile ohne Angst hingehen, mich in diesen Stuhl setzen und durchhalten. Meine Zähne waren in einem...sagen wir schlechtem Zustand. Sie haben mich wieder schön gemacht und das hilft natürlich auch meinem Selbstbewusstsein.
Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich mal einen Zahnarzt weiterempfehlen würde aber an alle die den selben Leidensweg haben wie ich ihn habe/hatte - Dr. Pilus und sein Team können im Sinne Zahnarzt das Unmögliche möglich machen.
I am / was an anxiety patient straight out of the textbook. Panic attacks when making an appointment on the phone (!), Hyperventilation, etc. Dr. Pilus and his team don't treat you badly or make fun of you because of that - I know that from other dentists. Dr. Pilus is not only a top doctor - he is also wonderful as a person. He takes his time, is 100% on his patients, doesn't stress and never got angry when I had a panic attack. Thanks to him and his team, I can now go there without fear, sit down in this chair and hold out. My teeth were in ... let's say bad shape. They made me beautiful again and of course that also helps my self-confidence.
I never would have thought that I would recommend a dentist to others, but to everyone who has the same path of suffering as I have / had - Dr. Pilus and his team can make the impossible possible in the dentist sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht für Angstpatienten geeignet! Dr Pilus hat kein Interesse an Patienten. Er versucht die Gespräche so kurz wie möglich zu halten (ca 5 min) und verlangt dafür 50 €. Pro 5 min Gespräch 50€ zu verlangen dürfte lukrativer sein als Patienten zu behandeln.
Not suitable for anxious patients! Dr Pilus has no interest in patients. He tries to keep the conversations as short as possible (about 5 minutes) and charges €50 for this. Asking €50 per 5 min conversation should be more lucrative than treating patients.

Ich hatte panische Angst vorm Zahnarzt, dann bin ich zu Dr.pilus gegangen.
Seine ruhige Art und das super nette Team hat mir echt die Angst genommen !! Ich kann nur jeden empfehlen der Angst vor dem Zahnarzt hat. Gehen sie zu diesen Artzt ! Danke an das ganze Team !! ????????
