★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservierte Möbel (5 Stühle) wurden angeblich storniert, nur mehr ein Stuhl im Lieferwagen. Musste nach langen urgieren nach Horn fahren um dort die fehlenden Stühle selbst abzuholen.
 Reserved furniture (5 chairs) was allegedly canceled, only one chair left in the van. After long urging I had to go to Horn to pick up the missing chairs myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die bestellte Couch ist 3 1/2 Wochen im Lager gestanden - damit diese imprägniert wird. Danach erhält man einen Anruf bzgl. des Liefertermins - nochmal 1 1/2 Wochen warten = Lieferverzögerung von über 5 Wochen. Schreibt man eine E-Mail kommt einfach keine Reaktion.
The couch that was ordered has been in the warehouse for 3 1/2 weeks - so that it is impregnated. Then you get a call regarding the delivery date - wait another 1 1/2 weeks = delivery delay of over 5 weeks. If you write an email, there is simply no response.
