★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollten kurze Beratung, war leider nicht möglich da nur 2 "Kundenberater" anwesend, und eine Dame zum kassieren, die aber nur dafür zuständig ist. Termin hatten wir keinen vereinbart, wollten auch nur einen Überblick. Umgang und Information des Beraters sehr "einfach" und uninteressiert. Produkte mögen in Ordnung sein, Preis nach Vergleichen gleich teuer, werden uns an Tischler mit Beratung wenden.
Wanted short advice, was unfortunately not possible because only 2 "customer advisor" present, and a lady to cash in, but only responsible. We did not have an appointment, just wanted an overview. Handling and information of the consultant very "simple" and uninterested. Products may be ok, price after comparing the same price, we will contact carpenters with advice.

Ich hatte schon bei telefonischer Terminvereinbarung nicht das Gefühl, an einer kompetenten, engagierten Adresse zu sein. Während des Termins sah die Dame dann einige Male auf die Uhr. Ich fühlte mich während des gesamten Termins leider unerwünscht und von guter und kompetenter Beratung waren wir leider weit entfernt. Schade, mit etwas Engagement hätte ich einige 1000 Euro für das Kasterl gezahlt.
Fragte dann noch in einer anderen Peter Max Filiale an, wurde leider auch schwer enttäuscht.
Ich bin gerade am Haus einrichten, Peter Max hat sehr schöne Sachen, die mir sehr gut gefallen haben; aber nach diesen Erfahrungen werde ich Peter Max Möbel nicht mehr in Erwägung ziehen!
Unfortunately, the consultant seemed very uninterested in my concerns and wishes. Even when I made an appointment by phone, I didn't have the feeling that I was at a competent, committed address. During the appointment, the lady checked the watch a few times. Unfortunately, I felt unwanted during the entire appointment and we were unfortunately far from good and competent advice. It's a shame, with a little commitment I would have paid some 1000 euros for the Kasterl.
Then I asked another Peter Max branch, but unfortunately it was also badly disappointed.
I'm just setting up the house, Peter Max has very nice things that I liked very much; but after this experience I will no longer consider Peter Max Möbel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exakt das gefunden, was ich gesucht hatte. Professionell abgewickelt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Änderungsfrist, für den Fall, dass einem nachträglich noch was einfällt, wie man es noch besser oder passgenauer machen könnte.
Found exactly what I was looking for. Professionally handled. I was particularly impressed by the deadline for amendments, in case you come up with something later on how to make it even better or more tailored.
