A	Armand Colard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unvorstellbar schlechtes Internet, somit auch völlig unbrauchbares A1-TV und das schlechteste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das man sich vorstellen kann. Seit den Lockdowns haben wir die meiste Zeit Handy-Hotspots verwenden müssen, also hat A1 ca. ein Jahr lang ohne verwertbare/brauchbare Leistung zu liefern, voll kassiert, zuletzt haben wir statt 40 Mbit (die wir bezahlt haben) 1,5 MBit abrufen können bzw. gemessen, mehr kam nicht heraus! Dafür haben sie uns in den letzten 2 Jahren 3-4 neue Modems geschickt und zuletzt einen Techniker, aber es hat alles nichts gebracht, schlechte Qualität ist eben schlechte Qualität und A1 ist die reinste Abzocke (seit wir bei Kabelplus sind, rennt alles wie am Schnürchen und wir bekommen zum selben Preis wie bei A1 die 2,5-fache Leistung von dem heraus, wofür wir bei A1 bezahlt haben bzw. mehr als die 60-fache Effektivleistung im Vergleich zu dem, was wir von A1 abrufen konnten), daher lasst bloß die Hände von A1, Leute, lernt aus unseren Fehlern! Wir werden jedenfalls nie wieder bei A1 Kunden sein, das war uns eine bittere (und teure) Lehre! Wenn man die Zeit+Energie hätte, müsste man es beim Konsumentenschutz anzeigen und Geld rückfordern, aber uns reicht die Genugtuung, dass wir nie wieder etwas mit A1 zu tun haben müssen, daher tun wir uns das gar nicht an. In any case, we will never be with A1 customers again, that was a bitter (and expensive) lesson for us! If you had the time + energy, you would have to report it to consumer protection and demand money back, but we are satisfied that we never have to do anything with A1 again, so we don't do that to ourselves.
