★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwei Preise falsch in der Kasse aber im Regal so angeschrieben, als ich zurück bin in die Abteilung lachen eines Mitarbeiters der mir erklärt das alles teurer wird. Ich habe dann 15min auf einen Ansprechpartner gewartet und bin dann gegangen, viel Spass mit meinem vollen einkaufswagen
Two prices wrong in the cash register but written on the shelf like this when I am back in the department laughing an employee who explains to me that everything will be more expensive. I then waited 15 minutes for a contact person and then left, have fun with my full shopping cart

Always good, nice and informative service, no long queues at the checkout either and the cashiers are also nice and courteous! That's why I keep coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die prozentage sind bauernfang fragt man extra ein paar Tage vorher ob es auf die benötigten Artikel auch abgezogen werden die Aussage ja natürlich kein Problem heute dann die Aussage oh nein doch nicht ist ja angeblich ein Tiefpreis egal was wir uns angesehen haben war ausgenommen von der Aktion echt eine Frechheit vorallem wenn man extra vorher fragt und dann sehr unfreundlich abgewimmelt wird das ist kein Kunden Service in meinen Augen!!
The percentages are bauernfang you ask a few days in advance whether it will also be deducted from the required items the statement yes of course no problem today then the statement oh no but not is supposedly a low price no matter what we looked at was excluded from the campaign It's really cheeky, especially if you ask beforehand and then get rid of in a very unfriendly way. That's not customer service in my opinion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Baumarkt, gutes Gartencenter. Freundliches Personal (wenn man erst jemanden gefunden hat)! Gut sortiert. Kommen gerne hierher, da etwas unterschiedliche Waren zu anderen Bau- und Gartenmärkten!
Good hardware store, good garden center. Friendly staff (once you find someone)! Well sorted. Like to come here, because the goods are different from other DIY and garden centers!
