★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte schon die letzte Zeit immer wieder Probleme im Austausch mit meinem Betreuer, welcher nach späteren Angaben am Telefon scheinbar schon gar nicht mehr dort arbeitete usw.
Schließlich kommt es plötzlich zu einem Schreiben der Polizei, das ich nicht versichert sei und die Kennzeichen abgeben müsse.
Laut Wüstenrot hätte man mir eingeschrieben einen Brief geschickt. Selbigen hab ich nie erhalten.
Wozu gebe ich denen meine Nummer und Mailadresse an?
Als ich offen frage ob ich scheinbar nicht rentabel genug für sie sei, weil man mir kündigt, sagt man recht freizügig, dass man es so formulieren könne.

Recently I had problems exchanging information with my supervisor, who, according to later information on the phone, apparently no longer worked there, etc.
Finally, the police suddenly wrote that I was not insured and had to hand over the license plates.
According to Wüstenrot, a letter would have been sent to me by registered mail. I never received it.
Why do I give them my number and email address?
When I ask openly whether I am apparently not profitable enough for them because I am being fired, they say quite freely that one can put it that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war 11 Jahre Kunde bei der Wüstenrot Versicherung. Ich zahlte meinen Betrag immer regelmäßig 1x jährlich per Erlagschein. Als das im Jahr 2021 einmal nicht der Fall war, wurden mir angeblich mehrere Mahnungen gesendet welche jedoch nie bei mir ankamen. Daher bekam ich eine E-Mail vom KSV (Inkasso) mit ungefähr €130 an Gebühren. Als ich bei Wüstenrot anrief und nachgefragt habe warum man sich nicht einfach auch per Mail oder Telefon gemeldet hat, wurde mir gesagt, dass man sowas nicht macht für Kunden. Ich bin schwer enttäuscht von Wüstenrot.
I was a customer of Wüstenrot Versicherung for 11 years. I always paid my amount regularly once a year by payment slip. When that was not the case in 2021, I was allegedly sent several reminders, but they never reached me. So I got an email from KSV (debt collection) with about € 130 in fees. When I called Wüstenrot and asked why they didn't just get in touch by email or phone, I was told that they don't do that for customers. I am very disappointed with Wüstenrot.
