P	Peyman Vahpei (Xxx) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Öffnungszeiten in diesem Unternehmen sind nicht mehr akzeptabel. März 2019. Sehr frech und unfreundlich. Beide Schalter waren nicht besetzt. Wurde von der Chefin gefragt "was woils den" ? " Sie war sehr genervt... Nach mein Anliegen wurde ich wie ein Dummy behandelt. Ich musste ihr drei mal das gleiche erklären bis sie es sein ließ und mich einer Mitarbeiterin verwies weil sie keinen Bock auf Papierkram wegen mir hatte..... Bin schon dabei die Bank zu wechseln. The opening hours in this company are no longer acceptable. March 2019. Very naughty and unfriendly. Both counters were not occupied. Was asked by the boss "what woils the"? " She was very annoyed ... After my request, I was treated like a dummy. I had to explain her the same thing three times until she let it be and referred me to a co-worker because she was not up for paperwork because of me ..... I'm already changing my bank.

Ich wollte ein sparbuch entsperren lassen, die Verfuegung von Gericht wurde wieder zurueckgegeben und mich herausgeschickt, mit der Begruendung dass kein Stempel drauf ist - stimmte nicht, nur wurde das Orginal Dokument der Bank direkt zugeschickt, ich erhielt eine ausgedruckten Beschluss, aber anstatt sich um die Sache zu kuemmern und in Wien anzurufen und nachzufragen, bevorzugte man mich wegzuschicken. Ich durfte zum Gericht gehen, die haben mich wieder zur Bank geschickt, mir erklaert dass die Bank eigentlich schon das Original erhalten haben muesste. Ich durfte wieder zur Ban fahren, wo die Damen dann die Gnade hatten sich darum zu kuemmern. Rude and unwilling. I wanted to have a passbook unlocked, the order from the court was returned and sent out, on the grounds that there was no stamp on it - was not true, only the original document was sent to the bank directly, I received a printed decision, but instead of looking after it to deal with the matter and to call and inquire in Vienna, they preferred to send me away. I was allowed to go to the court, they sent me back to the bank, explained that the bank should have already received the original. I was allowed to go back to the ban, where the ladies had the grace to take care of it.

f	flancsor d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe! Trotz Vorregistrierung und dreiviertelstündigen Gesprächs war kein Abschluss eines Girokontovertrags möglich. Es ermangelt an Gesprächsfähigkeit und Rechtskenntnis. Die Mitarbeiterin hat verärgert mit ihrem Bildschirm geschimpft, eine Kollegin geholt und den Filialleiter gezeigt. Doch kein einziger Mitarbeiter dieser Geschäftsstelle hat eine Vollmacht des Unternehmens. Es kann hier nichts ohne den Automaten gemacht werden, es handelt sich also lediglich um eine Stelle für die noch bestehenden Kunden. Absolute disaster! Despite pre-registration and 45 minutes of conversation, it was not possible to conclude a current account contract. There is a lack of conversation skills and legal knowledge. The employee scolded her screen, fetched a colleague and showed the branch manager. But not a single employee of this office has a power of attorney from the company. Nothing can be done here without the machine, so it is just a place for existing customers.

(großer Verlust da er leider mit Ende 2021 in Pension ging) ganz herzlichen Dank an die beiden? Branch - Alpenstrasse-> I've been in the branch "best in Salzburg" for many years! Especially Ms. Eva E. and Günter K. (big loss because he unfortunately retired at the end of 2021) many thanks to them both ?
C	Chris Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame rechts am Schalter mit den blonden kurzen Haaren und Brille ist total unfreundlich und war nicht in der Lage meine einfache Anfrage (Gesamtguthaben, Name und Unterschrift) zu bestaetigen. Seither gehe ich immer gleich links und ignorier ihre Frechen Sprueche. Die anderen Mitarbeit sind hilfreich. The lady on the right at the counter with the blonde short hair and glasses is totally unfriendly and was not able to confirm my simple request (total balance, name and signature). Since then I always go to the left and ignore their cheeky sayings. The other collaborators are helpful.
