★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was kann man da sagen, wenn Herr Robert Paul Lintner (Filiale/ZS Krems) private Geschäfte während der Arbeitszeit erledigt, bleibt wohl weniger Zeit für die Geschäfte. Service geht besser.
What can you say, if Robert Paul Lintner (branch / ZS Krems) does private business during working hours, there will probably be less time for business. Service is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Kunde von Wüstenrot hat mir mit seinem Auto einen Schaden gemacht. Bei meinem Besuch wurde mir gesagt, dass ich alle Unterlagen abgeben soll und wenn der Verursacher auch alles abgegeben hat, werde ich Antwort bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Antwort mit der Mitteilung das ich mein Auto richten lassen kann war schnell da.
A customer from Wüstenrot has damaged me with his car. During my visit, I was told that I should submit all the documents and if the causer has given everything, I will get an answer. The staff was very friendly and the answer with the message that I can arrange my car was quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin von der Wüstenrot Bausparkasse sehr enttäuscht: Ich habe Ende 2009 einen Bausparvertrag abgeschlossen welcher nach Ende der Bindung mit 1% Verzinsung weiterlaufen sollte. Nun wird dieser Vertrag einseitig von der Wüstenrot gekündigt. Grund: "Für Ihren Bausparvertrag gelten Konditionen, die nicht mehr marktkonform sind. Es ist der Bausparkasse nicht zumutbar, den Bausparvertrag zu Ihren bisherigen Konditionen aufrecht zu halten." Ich habe mehrere Produke von Wüstenrot und werde diese nun nach und nach auslaufen lassen. So sollten man nicht mit seinen Kunden umgehen.
I am very disappointed with the Wüstenrot Bausparkasse: At the end of 2009 I signed a home loan and savings contract which should continue to run with 1% interest after the commitment ended. This contract is now being terminated unilaterally by Wüstenrot. Reason: "The terms and conditions for your building society loan agreement are no longer in line with the market. It is unreasonable for the building society to maintain the building society contract at your previous conditions." I have several Wüstenrot products and will gradually phase them out. This is not how you should treat your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider machen die Mitarbeiter die Arbeit sehr langsam, telefon wird erst nach 10min abgehoben, dann auch sehr unfreundlich. Auf die Nachfrage ob die Unterlagen elektronisch auch verschickt werden könnte ist die Antwort "NEIN, nur per Post". Die Sparkasse möchte noch im Steinzeit Leben. Jetzt kann ich weiter ewig auf die Unterlagen warten. Meine Bank versucht seit über einem Monat die Unterlagen für die Umschuldung zu bekommen.... Frechheit wie lange Sie für ein Stück Papier brauchen. Nie wieder Wüstenrot! Wenns aber um die Mahnung geht; sind die Herrschaften plötzlich ganz schnell. Finger weg
