However, the employees in the lumber department, specifically the cutting service are unfriendly, and the work leaves a lot to be desired. Worst part is that I had to wait a week, and one of the pieces of wood was not cut at a ninety degree angle. Photo uploaded

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to use WC installation service (Hornbach cooperates with partners who deliver the goods and install them). Result: 40 euro for first visit, 2 weeks waiting time and no reply. In call center nobody knows what happened to order, "we will call you back".

They got it all covered, no matter what you would need.
90% of our home improvement stuff comes out of that store.
Plants are a bit on the pricey side.
But we got ourselves a new fish tank last week. With all fancy bells and whistles - they had everything in store.
Love it!
