★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter nicht geschult für Bank/Finanzwesen versteht die simpelsten Sachen nicht kann sich nicht Artikulieren so wie es sich gehört für eine Bank. Kennt eigene Produkte nicht. Und das ist noble Formuliert
Mündlicher Saldo vs Schriftlichfter Saldo massiver unterschied, nach der Auszahlung Vorort wird die Rate trotzdem abgebucht und für die Rückbuchung der zuviel abgezogener Rate werden einem Spesen von 6,90€ verrechnet also sowas habe ich bis dato noch von keiner Bank gehört
Schlechteste Bank in Österreich/Wien
Employees not trained in banking / finance. Does not understand the simplest things. Can not articulate themselves as it should be for a bank. Does not know own products. And that is nobly formulated
Oral balance vs written balance differed massively, after the payment on site the installment will still be debited and a charge of 6.90 € will be charged for the reversal of the overdrawn installment, so I have not heard anything like this from any bank to date
