Unprofessionell gegenüber Kunden sowie den Kollegen ist einfach unglaublich. Das habe ich in einer Bank noch nie erlebt. Liebe Erste Bank, was soll das? The older man with the glasses at the counter has definitely earned an Oscar for his unfriendliness and his cheeky manner! Being unprofessional towards customers and colleagues is just incredible. I've never seen that in a bank. Dear Erste Bank, what's the point?

Es funktioniert einfach nicht auch nachdem mir ein Mitarbeiter geschrieben hat, ich soll die Daten aus dem Cache löschen. Die Qualität ist so schlecht geworden und einfach nur noch kompliziert. Catastrophic! The customer service in the branch as well as the George app! It just doesn't work after an employee has written me to delete the data from the cache. The quality has gotten so bad and just got complicated.

Man kann diese Bank getrost empfehlen. Man ist dort gut aufgehoben. The team at Reumannplatz is young and friendly. My problem with George was solved in a very professional manner by Mr Müller. One can confidently recommend this bank. You are in good hands there.
B	Brigitte Mastalir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen..bin langjährige Kundin und wurde immer sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten, so auch heute wieder von einer reizenden blonden jungen Frau am Schalter, weil ich als älteres Semster nicht so fit bin am Handy mit den Akivierungen etc. Egal ob Konto, Onlinebanking oder Bausparer, meine Kontaktpersonen waren immer freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit und da möchte ich mal DANKE sagen! I can't understand these many negative reviews ... have been a long-term customer and have always been given very friendly and competent advice, including today again from a lovely blond young woman at the counter, because as an older semester I am not so fit on the cell phone with the activations etc. . Regardless of whether it is an account, online banking or building society saver, my contact persons were always friendly and extremely helpful and I would like to say THANK YOU!

Habe alles online im Internet erledigt und einen Termin für den Montag den 07.09.2020 zw. 15:00-16:00 in dieser Filiale bekommen. Da ich fast eine halbe Stunde einen Parkplatz gesucht habe war ich erst um 15:45 in der Filiale. 1. Online Termin hat nicht funktioniert. Die Filiale hatte von dem Termin keine Ahnung. 2. Ich habe drauf gefragt ob es möglich ist heute trotzdem ein Konto zu eröffnen. Mehr habe ich nicht sagen gebraucht. Die Dame mit den gefärbten Haaren sagte drauf ganz Prepotent wie ich mir das Vorstelle in 2 Minuten ein Konto zu eröffnen.Obwohl noch die Bank noch 15 Minuten offen hatte. Wenn Sie mir freundlich gesagt hätte die Kontoeröffnung geht sich in den 15 Minuten leider nicht aus und einen anderen Termin angeboten hätte, hätte ich damit kein Problem. Aber so unfreundliches Personal hätte ich in einer Bank nicht erwartet. An den weiteren negativen Bewertungen sieht man das ich nicht ein Einzelfall war. Wanted to open a youth account for my son. I did everything online on the Internet and got an appointment for Monday, September 7th, 2020 between 3: 00-4: 00 pm in this branch. Since I was looking for a parking space for almost half an hour, I wasn't at the branch until 3:45 p.m. 1. Online appointment did not work. The branch had from the appointment no idea. 2. I asked if it was still possible to open an account today open. I didn't need to say anything more. The lady with the colored ones Haaren said quite prepotent as I imagine it in 2 Minutes to open an account, although the bank still has 15 minutes had open. If you would have kindly told me the account will be opened Unfortunately I didn't run out of 15 minutes and had another appointment would have offered, I would have no problem. But I would not have expected such unfriendly staff in a bank. In the other negative reviews you don't see that Was an isolated case.

Auch die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett. Ich war sehr zufrieden. I was advised by a very friendly and competent gentleman. He did everything quickly and to my satisfaction. The lady on the phone was also very nice. I was very pleased.
