Ich war dann in donauzentrum bei der Filiale und die sind ganz Freundlich und sie haben geholfen was man braucht! Catastrophic!! the staff and the consultants are a disaster! Rude and don't care if you need anything! It is best to avoid the branch! I was then at the branch in donauzentrum and they are very friendly and they helped what was needed!

Obwohl man 15 Minuten vor Schluss schon in der Filiale drinnen ist (nach anstellen draußen) wird einem gesagt, dass man an der Kassa nicht mehr dran genommen wird. So etwas geht nicht. Es gibt leute die das Geld dringend an demjenigen Tag brauchen, da kann es doch nicht sein dass man einfach nicht mehr bedient wird, obwohl man in der Filiale ist und noch 15 Minuten Öffnungszeit offen sind, und das für eine Geldbehebung an der Kasse welche nicht lange dauert. The last visit was really bad service. Although you are inside the branch 15 minutes before the end (after queuing outside) you are told that you will not be picked up at the cash desk. That doesn't work. There are people who urgently need the money on that day, so it cannot be that they simply no longer receive service, even though they are in the branch and are still open for 15 minutes, and that for a cash withdrawal at the cash register which is not takes long.

Diese Filiale war früher viel besser. The staff is unfortunately very unfriendly and incompetent. I had a bad experience and haven't been going since then. This branch used to be a lot better.
