Ein Artikel ist aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Lage nicht mehr verfügbar gewesen, erhielt jedoch nicht einmal eine Stunde nach Bestellung eine Rückmeldung via E-Mail (am Samstag!), dass dieser leider noch nicht geliefert werden kann. Sobald der Artikel wieder verfübar ist wurde mir die Möglichkeit der Zurücklegung der Artikel nach Erhalt angeboten.
Von solchen Firmen sollten sich manche andere Firmen eine Scheibe abschneiden. Ich kann die Fa. Workcess nur weiterempfehlen...
The company's customer service is just great! An item was no longer available due to the current Corona location, but received less than an hour after ordering via email (on Saturday!) That it could not yet be delivered. As soon as the article is available again, I was offered the opportunity to put the article back on receipt.
Some other companies should cut themselves off from such companies. I can only recommend Workcess ...
