★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte bei einem Telefonat nachfragen, wieviel eine Granitschneidemaschine kostet und mich auch diesbezüglich beraten lassen..........der "Herr" am Telefon hat mich auf die Internetseite verwiesen, ich könne dort nachsehen!
Kann ihn verstehen.....es war 20 Minuten vor seiner Mittagspause.......vielen Dank!
Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice wird hier nicht sehr groß geschrieben!
During a phone call I wanted to ask how much a granite cutting machine costs and also get advice on this .......... the "gentleman" on the phone referred me to the website, I can look there!
Can understand him ..... it was 20 minutes before his lunch break ....... thank you very much!
Friendliness and customer service are not very important here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir 2 Gasflaschen (Propangas) kommen lassen. Die Lieferung ist noch am Tag der Bestellung gekommen (Wien). Der Lieferant hat mir beide Flaschen, die wirklich schwer sind, bis in den 5. Stock hinaufgetragen. Auf die Frage, weshalb er nicht mit dem Lift fährt, hat er gemeint, dass er die Gasflaschen nicht mit dem Lift transportieren darf.
Das Gas habe ich online bezahlt. Die Kaution für die Flaschen habe ich auf Barrechnung direkt bei der Lieferung bezahlt.
Auch die vorige Beratung am Telefon war sehr angenehm. Die Firma ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Sortiment ist riesig. Viele Geräte gibt's auch zum Ausleihen. Super!
I had 2 gas bottles (propane gas) delivered to me. The delivery arrived on the day the order was placed (Vienna). The delivery man carried both bottles, which are really heavy, up to the 5th floor for me. When asked why he didn't use the lift, he said that he was not allowed to use the lift to transport the gas bottles.
I paid for the gas online. I paid the deposit for the bottles on a cash invoice upon delivery.
The previous consultation on the phone was also very pleasant. The company comes highly recommended. The range is huge. Many devices are also available to borrow. Excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Harald Picha. Very unserious and liar. He promise the parts but then he sell it after I spend a lot of money by sending the van to pick up the parts. And he is lying the customers wich I think is very bad for the Rosa Moser name. Mistrust this seller.
