Jetzt endlich wurde geliefert, und es fehlen Teile zum Zusammenbau (nach den vorangegangenen Rezensionen wohl nicht verwunderlich). Geht zurück. Ersatz haben wir nach Durchsehen der Rezensionen anderer Kunden jetzt erst gar nicht mehr angefordert. Jetzt warten wir auf den Retoureschein. Sind gespannt, wie lange der dauert... We waited two weeks for a stepper that was ordered from Aldi. Two inquiries by email about where the delivery was going were simply not answered. Now finally it has been delivered, and parts to assemble are missing (probably not surprising after previous reviews). Go back. After looking through the reviews of other customers, we have not even requested a replacement. Now we are waiting for the return slip. We are curious how long it will take ...
c	corinna habicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben am 21 Januar bei Aldi ein ErgometerE 2.1 gekauft .Als wir das Gerät aufbauen wollten merkten wir schnell das ein wichtiges Kabel fehlt.Seid dem rufen wir ständig bei Woolf Sports Promotion an weil wir so das Gerät nicht nutzen können .Immer neue Ausreden . Verstehe Aldi auch nicht das die diese Geräte verkaufen wenn es nur Ärger für die Kunden gibt.Aussagen können es ja bei Aldi wieder abgeben .Sehr kundenfreundlich.Nie wieder Geräte von dieser Firma. We bought an E 2.1 ergometer from Aldi on January 21st. When we wanted to set up the device, we quickly noticed that an important cable was missing. We keep calling Woolf Sports Promotion because we can't use the device. Always new excuses. Aldi also do not understand that they sell these devices if there is only trouble for the customers. Statements can be made again at Aldi. Very customer-friendly. Never again devices from this company.
T	T. Dubby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe über Aldi Nord am 04.01.2021 den Power Tower bestellt und leicht verspätet bekommen. Leider ist dieses Gerät unvollständig bzw. beschädigt angekommen. Bei Lieferung hat die Verpackung keine nennenswerten Schäden gehabt, trotzdem wiesen einzelne Bauteile Kratzer/Beschädigungen auf. Auf Nachfrage vom 19.01.21 wollte man mir die beschädigten und fehlenden Teile zukommen lassen. Jetzt habe ich nochmal (2 Monate später) nachgehört und die Teile sind immer noch nicht verfügbar... Aber man will sich melden. Ein derartiger Service und das in Europa ist eigentlich unvorstellbar. I ordered the Power Tower through Aldi Nord on January 4th, 2021 and received it slightly late. Unfortunately this device arrived incomplete or damaged. The packaging did not show any significant damage on delivery, but individual components showed scratches / damage. When asked on 01/19/21 they wanted to send me the damaged and missing parts. Now I've checked again (2 months later) and the parts are still not available ... But you want to get in touch. Such a service, and that in Europe, is actually unimaginable.
M	Manuel Kagerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probleme mit dem PowerTower kann ich bestätigen. Zwar kam das Gerät bei mir an, es fehlten aber einige wichtige Teile um das Gerät aufzubauen. Aldi selbst hat zügig auf Mails reagiert und das Problem an Woolf Sports weitergegeben. Doch seither gibt's nur Probleme. Angeblich kommen Mails nicht an. Nach erneuter Sendung wird auf die Mail doch reagiert. Eine Antwort auf eine Mail dauert etwa eine Woche. Also haben nach einem Monat verständigen können, dass die fehlenden Teile zugeschickt werden sollen, diese aber nicht lagernd sind. Eine Einschätzung wann die fehlenden Teile zur Sendung bereit sind, sei nicht möglich. Und jetzt kommt Weihnachten. Wenn dieses Unternehmen direkt Vertreiben würde, wären einige, wahrscheinlich nicht sehr fähige Mitarbeiter, schnell Arbeitslos. I can confirm problems with the PowerTower. Although the device arrived at my place, some important parts to assemble the device were missing. Aldi itself responded quickly to emails and passed the problem on to Woolf Sports. But since then there have only been problems. Allegedly mails do not arrive. After sending it again, the mail is responded to. A reply to an email takes about a week. So after a month we were able to inform that the missing parts should be sent, but they are not in stock. It is not possible to estimate when the missing parts are ready to be sent. And now comes Christmas. If this company were to distribute directly, some, probably not very capable employees would be quickly unemployed.
