G	Günter Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG ABZOCKE Kann nur abraten. Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel. Es wurden Sachen abgerechnet die nicht durchgeführt wurden. Der Techniker war mit einem Reinigungsgerät Vorort, jedoch wurden 2 Geräte abgerechnet, weiteres wurden Positionen abgerechnet die nicht durchgeführt wurden, andere Abrechnungspositionen sind nicht nachvollziehbar. Am besten nichts Unterschrieben, ist nicht zu 100% sicher das die Versicherung was übernimmt. Personal sehr unhöflich, Telefonate werden nicht angenommen. ATTENTION RIP-OFF Can only advise against. Even one star is too many. Things were billed that were not carried out. The technician was on site with a cleaning device, but 2 devices were billed, other items were billed that were not carried out, other billing items are not traceable. It is best not to sign anything, it is not 100% sure that the insurance will take over what. Staff very rude, phone calls are not accepted.
G	Gabriel Schandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine verstopfte Toilette am Wochenende war der Grund, dass man sich auf Google umsieht und eine hoffentlich seriöse Firma sucht und findet. Rohrprofi hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht online, auch am Telefon und vor Ort. Was mich gewundert hat war das Vorgehen des Technikers, der gleich das ganze Klo abmontiert hat, um sein "Spezialgerät" zum Einsatz zu bringen (bevor er was anderes, leichteres probiert), aber ok. Das Problem war nach einer Stunde gelöst. Schockiert hat mich dann die Rechnung in Höhe von knapp 800,- EUR (für 1 h Arbeit!) und auch die Tatsache, dass Rohrprofi versucht hat, die Rechnung direkt bei mir als Mieter einzutreiben inklusive Mahnung und Anwalt, während sie gleichzeitig an die Hausverwaltung fakturiert haben. So ein Vorgehen ist aus meiner Sicht höchst unseriös, überteuert sowieso und wir haben das mit meinem Anwalt abgeschmettert. Buchen werde ich beim nächsten Notfall diese Firma sicher nicht mehr, empfehlen auch nicht! Rohrprofi made a good impression online, also on the phone and on site. What surprised me was the technician's approach, who immediately dismantled the entire toilet in order to use his "special device" (before trying something else, lighter), but ok. The problem was resolved after an hour. I was shocked by the bill of almost EUR 800 (for 1 hour of work!) And also the fact that Rohrprofi tried to collect the bill directly from me as a tenant, including a reminder and a lawyer, while at the same time contacting the property management have invoiced. From my point of view, such a procedure is highly dubious, overpriced anyway and we threw it off with my lawyer. I will certainly not book this company again in the next emergency, nor do I recommend it!

Sehr kompetente und höfliche Mitarbeiter. Haben alles sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen. Jederzeit wieder. From the appointment made by the nice lady in the overdraft facility to the work, everything was very satisfactory. Very competent and polite staff. Left everything clean and tidy. Any time.

Vielen Dank auch an den Mitarbeiter der sich um unser WC gekümmert hat! Leider kenne ich den Namen nicht. Mundpropaganda ist das Mindeste was ich machen kann. Es gibt viele schwarze Schafe, ROHRPROFI ist Keines davon!!! Prädikat : EMPFEHLENSWERTE PROFIS! Exactly how it should be! The work was done to my complete satisfaction from start to finish. The name Rohr "PROFI" says EVERYTHING. Many thanks also to the employee who took care of our toilet! Unfortunately I don't know the name. Word of mouth is the least I can do. There are many black sheep, ROHRPROFI is none of them! Rating: RECOMMENDED PROFESSIONALS!

Äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon zur Terminvereinbarung, sehr höfliche Arbeiter vor Ort - führen die Arbeiten flott, kompetent und ordentlich durch. Clogged drain: wait 4 days for repair. In beiden Fällen haben sie einen Top Job gemacht Die Dame bei der Terminvereinbarung war super nett und freundlich Die Rohrprofis vor Ort waren sehr ordentlich, nett, freundlich, und kompetent. Probleme würden sehr fachmännisch behoben. Ich hoffe zwar, dass ich ihre Dienste in nächster Zeit nicht in Anspruch nehmen muss ;-) aber falls doch dann auf jeden Fall wieder. Diese Profis kann man jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Viele andere Handwerker können von der Firma Rohrprofi lernen! Bravo I have already commissioned Rohrprofi twice. In both cases they did a great job The lady who made the appointment was super nice and friendly The pipe professionals on site were very tidy, nice, friendly and competent. Problems would be solved very professionally. I hope that I won't have to use your services in the near future ;-) but if I do, I'll definitely be back. These professionals can be recommended at any time. Many other craftsmen can learn from Rohrprofi! Bravo
