Das Problem ist nicht die Wartezeit, sondern, dass man innerhabl von 2 Minuten jedesmal aus der Leitung fliegt und nach 5 Anrufen und 0 Erledigungen ist man etwas schauer ! The hotline is a cheek to say the least and a disaster. The problem is not the waiting time, but that you are thrown out of the line within 2 minutes and after 5 calls and 0 deals you are a little shudder!

Diese Waage ist gerade mal ein Jahr alt, da wir 2 Stk davon besitzen sind beide jetzt Unbrauchbar - Bei der Kundenhotline ist man ganz überrascht das die App nach Update am Iphone nicht mehr funktioniert und NICHT um eine Lösung bemüht !!! Werde mich bei der Hofer / Aldi über diesen Händler beschweren !!!! Crane Bluetooth diagnostic scale app ios has not worked since UPdate on November 2nd, 2017 !!! This scale is just one year old, since we have 2 pieces of it, both of them are now unusable - the customer hotline is very surprised that the app no longer works after an update on the iPhone and NOT trying to find a solution !!! I will complain to the Hofer / Aldi about this dealer !!!!

Crane Connect Fitness Armband gekauft bei Hofer, seit Februar dieses Jahres versuche ich mit Hilfe mehrerer Leute, die dazugehörige Crane Connect App zum Laufen zu bringen - auf zwei verschiedenen Handys inzwischen - aber es klappt nicht. Nun endlich den Service dazu gesucht, gefunden und bei deren Webseite das Support Formular ausgefüllt. Als ich fertig war, habe ich feststellen müssen, dass der Senden-Button bei diesem Formular deaktiviert ist. Ich habe einen Screenshot gemacht, mir dann mühsam die Email-Adresse über den Eintrag in der WKO gesucht und den Screenshot per Email geschickt. Seit einer Woche nun hält mich das Unternehmen per Email hin mit Rückfragen, die bereits im Support-Formular abgefragt wurden und daher auch auf dem Screenshot zu sehen sind. Unmögliches Verhalten, keine Entschuldigung bisher, dass auf der Webseite (zufällig grad beim Supportformular) ein Fehler ist. Absolut unprofessionell auch von den Emails her - und somit breche ich heute endgültig den Kontakt ab und gehe zum Einzelhändler, in diesem Fall Hofer in Sattledt. Bin mal gespannt wie man dort die Angelegenheit sieht. If possible, zero points. I made a screenshot, then laboriously searched for the email address via the entry in the WKO and sent the screenshot via email. For a week now, the company keeps me by email with queries that have already been queried in the support form and therefore can be seen on the screenshot. Impossible behavior, no apology so far, that on the website (coincidentally grad in the support form) is a mistake. Absolutely unprofessional also from the emails - and thus I finally break the contact today and go to the retailer, in this case Hofer in Sattledt. I'm curious how to see the matter there.

Vom Tonband Durchwahl empfohlen, ich kann aber nirgends eine finden.Es wird auch keine angesagt ( sonst überall üblich) Auf der Homepage angegebene Festnetznummer existiert gar nicht (mehr) lt Telekom. Also: der Kunde wird gepflanzt. Katastrophales Service. Crane diagnostic scale cannot be paired with Samsung Hdy. Call the hotline: tried x times. Direct dialing recommended by tape, but I can't find one anywhere; none is announced (usual everywhere else) Landline number given on the homepage does not exist (anymore) according to Telekom. So: the customer is planted. Disastrous service.

Konnte mich auf der Hompage zwar registrieren aber über die App nicht einloggen und bin mit diesem Problem absolut nicht alleine. Seitenweise wird von diesen Problemen berichtet, aber bin selbst schuld, hätte ich doch schon vorher die Rezensionen gelesen. Das wird mir nicht mehr passieren I gave the Hofer fitness watch back because the Crane connect app is just junk. I was able to register on the homepage but not log in via the app and am absolutely not alone with this problem. These problems are reported page by page, but it's my own fault, if I had read the reviews beforehand. That won't happen to me anymore

Mir wurde daraufhin schnell, freundlich und kompetent geholfen. Vielen Dank für die Kulanz und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Gave a Krippl watch to an elderly uncle. Now damage has occurred. Short e-mail to the company with a description and my question. I was helped quickly, friendly and competently. Thank you for the goodwill and customer friendliness.
