★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company constantly tries to force skonto payment and does not include required amount of antirush mats per load in the terms of order. We did a few transports for this company and received way lower prices, even though nobody asked for a skonto. Normally the carrier should firstly ask for it, not the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENTION DYS COMPANY ITS CHEATER !!! order with no pal. to change after delivery send invoice for pal. 450e when I tray put documents to system fernfracht do not work 20 email remainder att. documents to system charge 25 e for no status after delivery workers say cant help my sorry do not believe them about the cash discount, fiction will charge you for the cash discount and you have to ask for the money and wait for months until it does all the charges on the cash register

They offer a high price (as they mentioned to us a few times) but then charge for everything possible to pay less.
The communication with dispatcher was really poor and the driver waited all day for loading.
The second unpleasant thing is two unreasonable charges ?
The first one is for not providing insurance. Nobody informed us about that and then deducted a high amount. It looks like they just do not inform about these charges to earn more further.
The second charge was for not putting the document into their system. We were aware of this rule and of course, we tried to do it but the error occurred and we were not able to put it. We informed them via the email about this error right away. Tried to explain the situation but nobody comprehended us.
Finally, we got 2 charges from this company for nothing.
Now we are very disappointed with this company.
