In einem kleinen Nebenraum konnten wir eine Ausstellung der Künstlerin Enomis bewundern. A nice self-service restaurant with Austrian home cooking, a beautiful panoramic terrace and a fantastic view. In a small adjoining room we could admire an exhibition by the artist Enomis.
P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leichte aber sehr schöne Wanderung vom Parkplatz in Grossgmain aus. Es gibt 2 Wege. Entweder die Forststraße entlang oder durch den Wald oberhalb der Forststraße. Dieser Weg ist schmaler, führt bald bergauf, mit teilweise Wurzeln quer über den Weg, hat aber sehr lohnende Aussichten ins bayerische Umland. Die Gaststätte selbst liegt frei auf einem sehr schönen Aussichtsplatz in die umliegende Bergwelt. Es ist zwar Selbstbedienung bei der Bestellung, diese wird jedoch zum Tisch gebracht. Eine gutbürgerliche Küche mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten und Süssspeisen lässt einem den Aufenthalt genießen. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die selbst erdachten Taschen und Rucksäcke der Wirtin, gefertigt aus reißfestem Fallschirmstoff. Alles in Allem ein tolles Erlebnis in der Natur für Groß und Klein. Easy but very beautiful hike from the parking lot in Grossgmain. There are 2 ways. Either along the forest road or through the forest above the forest road. This path is narrower, soon leads uphill, with some roots across the path, but has very rewarding views of the Bavarian countryside. The restaurant itself is free on a very nice vantage point in the surrounding mountains. It is self-service when ordering, but it is brought to the table. A home-style kitchen with home-made delicacies and desserts lets you enjoy your stay. Particularly noteworthy are the bags and rucksacks that the landlady designed herself, made of tear-resistant parachute fabric. All in all a great experience in nature for young and old.
M	Mela S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen und Trinken ist wirklich okay,wenn auch etwas hochpreisig. Allerdings muss man ja auch bedenken,dass die Besitzer damit ihren Lebensunterhalt bestreiten. Einziger Kritikpunkt für mich war die Sauberkeit der Toiletten. Food and drink is really okay, if a bit high priced. However, one must also remember that the owners deny their livelihood. The only criticism for me was the cleanliness of the toilets.

A recompensa é sentar no terraço panorâmico com vista para diversas montanhas ao redor e a cidade de Grossgmain e comer o prato do dia ou um bolo com café. One of my favorite walks in Austria is in the Untersberg Natural park and leads to this Alm. The reward is to sit on the panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains and the city of Grossgmain and eat the dish of the day or a cake with coffee.

Wir wurden immer freundlich empfangen und bewirtet. Auch ein lohnenswertes Ziel für Mountainbiker. Leider auf Grund der COVID 19 Situation derzeit geschlossen... A very nice destination with a wonderful view of Predigtstuhl, Stauffen and towards Bad Reichenhall. Nice sun terrace. We were always greeted and entertained in a friendly manner. Also a worthwhile destination for mountain bikers. Unfortunately currently closed due to the COVID 19 situation ...
