★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location on the motorway at the German/Austrian border. Spacious rooms and clean. Very little road noise even if you're overlooking the motorway. Breakfast is very good and staff very pleasant and helpful. Wi-Fi in rooms is good. During July and August car park is rammed with caravans and motorhomes which do take up a lot of parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. We had to sleep in a room with 28 degrees because the heater wasn’t able to be turned of. The receptionist was just laughing, not apologizing and recommended us to open the window. If we wasn’t arriving in the middle of the night, we would have left again. It was unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large family room, weird bathroom layout (without bath) where the vanity is in the sleeping area. One pillow is too low and two are too high for me personally. The sofa-bed is really hard. The sauna and fitness facilities are quite good and the breakfast was very good (good croissants, fresh orange juice and freshly ground coffee).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only positive thing is that staff was very friendly and it’s close to motorway.Rooms very basics, pillows too low and even towels worn out. Room lacks even basics like soap, kettle etc... no air conditioning and too hot to stay in the rooms. restaurant staff very rude! They have charged me 1 Euro for hot water for baby’s food! They said they have to charge as they use electricity for the kettle! The hotel staff gave me 2 vouchers for me and my wife to spend on any drink we would like . However when tried to get 2 drinks the manager made a scene saying that he can’t give me nothing but one coffee for two vouchers! The service that hotel offers is definitely not worth of the money. Would not be back again and would not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not going to give bad ratings, but bad things, especially staff! Even the greeting prompted us with the order. Coffee cups dirty, plate and cutlery too. I asked no cup for the cup, so I had to drink from the bottle. Total ignorance! Pizza completely raw heated about in the microwave as rubber. When we complained about it and didn't react. On payment, I don't even thank you and we didn't have a small account. Mc Donald saved us !!!
