★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply divine. Staff lovely, receptionist one of the most likeable people I’ve come across. Comfortable room with beautiful views and great bathroom with radio built into the wall. Towels fresh and generous size. Spa and swimming pool was the highlight of my stay with a beautiful panoramic view of the alps from within the heated water. Steam room and sauna within arms reach for an after-swim detox. Food was excellent although it was neither cheap nor expensive (evening meals were not included) and breakfast had a good range of European offerings but nothing too typically ‘English breakfast’ which was a disappointment, but never expected in the first place. Plentiful car parking above or below ground, the preference is yours. Overall, would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, especially with a family, play areas inside and out.Food was top especially the breakfast. Swimming pool and Spa area was really nice.Only complaint was the heat in the rooms and halls. I guess in winter perfect but even with the standing fan in the room a bit uncomfortable...oh and to many dam mosquitoes but nothing the hotel can do about that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A traditional austrian restaurant, food is very tasty, the portions are quite big, they also have vegan/vegetarian options, delicious deserts, plates for 2 persons and the staff is very friendly.
If you're looking for a different experience away from the crowded city, this is your way to go.
Cannot wait to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place I have ever visited. The staff is exceptionally skilled and friendly. High quality food with local recipes and products! The rooms are spotless, spacious and beautiful. Everything one can wish for. The ambience has been spot on everyday I visited. I will definitely revisit next year. Highly recommend it for sleeping, the restaurant, or just a casual drink.
5 STARS ALL DAY!

Very professional and polite staff.
Very good restaurant with excellent food and really affordable prices. They done a renovation from bottom to top. It looks amazing now.
There are 3 parking lots that are free of charge.
Really for every recommendation

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, food is incredible though honest and simple, traditional Austrian cuisine, with respect to vegan people or people with food allergies. Great spa, rooms are very modern though with a wink to traditional Austrian design. Incredible view as the untersberg seems right on the doorstep.
