I have been only at the restaurant on the way back to Italy. Food was good (not exceptional) but the service was too slow. The service shall be improved.

Best hotel ever service 100 points

They forgot two out of 5 meals, which came 45 min late. They still charged us for those. Food quality was average.

Our whole family stayed here for 10 nights in three separate rooms. From the moment I contacted the hotel, few months before our stay, to the moment we left, I was impressed from the service and the communication of the owner and the entire hotel staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are updated, the bathrooms are bright and spacious and you'll even find air condition units in the rooms, which is very rare in this part of the world. The hotel has 4 floors and there is an elevator which you can use. This makes the hotel wheelchair friendly. On the ground floor you'll find the dinning room where breakfast is complimentary and where you can have dinners. Breakfast is rich and dinners are well made. On that floor you'll also find a nice terrace, where you can have a drink or a meal, and a kids playground that you can use during sunny days. Outside the hotel there is ample parking spots. The hotel is situated outside of Wals with great and fast access to the airport, Salzburg old city and the highways to Munich, Innsbruck, Linz and Graz.

The hotel is very nice. It looks like an alpine hut but it is located few km away of Salzburg airport and the highway. I slept there while driving to slovenia. Totally convenient. The rooms are very large and super clean. The bathrooms are also fully equipped with shower and air drier. Also the bathrooms are very clean. The hotel has also a nice restaurant to have dinner and they serve a very good and varied breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and makes your stay by far more enjoyable. Fantastic choice which I recommend to all. Prices are very good for the quality.

In early June, we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very happy with our choice. The hotel and the restaurant were well managed; the hostess was very warm and helpful; the room was clean and quiet; the breakfast was very good in terms of quality and varieties. We also had our dinner at the restaurant and noticed that the food was typical German and price quite reasonable.

Very polite service & quick service! Truely good&tasty food, I'd highly recommend this place! Will come again. :)
