Not recommended to stay away from windows and doors from this company. Fly screens lie on the ground after one year. Cracked window and much more ....
S	Susanne Puchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste schon mal 2 Wochen darauf warten, dass Herr Grubits vorbeikam, um den geplanten Zaun zu vermessen, es sollte ein 08/15 Zaun werden ohne Fundament. Nach einer weiteren Woche fragte ich mal per Email nach, wann denn mit dem Voranschlag zu rechnen sei. Da müssten noch die Angebote der Zulieferfirmen abgewartet werden, hieß es. Sehr wahrscheinlich in den nächsten 2 bis 3 Tagen wäre es soweit. Sogar ich als Laie habe es geschafft, online Preise für 27 Meter Doppelstabmattenzaun und Zubehör herauszufinden. Diese Mail habe ich nunmehr vor mehr als 2 Monaten bekommen und nichts mehr sonst gehört. Ich kann verstehen, wenn eine Firma einen Auftrag nicht annehmen will oder kann. Aber dann soll sie das mitteilen, damit man sich um eine Alternative umsehen kann. Wir haben nach 3 Wochen Warten eine andere Firma um einen Voranschlag gebeten, der nach 2 Tagen fertig war. Nach weitere Zwei Monatige Wartezeit und mehrmalige Anruf und E-Mails, hat man mir gesagt, dass sie nicht liefern können. Ganze Aktion hat insgesamt 5 Monate gedauert. Letztendlich muss ich eine neue Firma suchen. Nie wieder mit der Firma. Very difficult. First after two measurements, wrong material was delivered after two months. After another two months of waiting and repeated calls and emails, I was told that they could not deliver. The whole campaign took 5 months. Ultimately, I have to find a new company. Never with the company again.
